    Dude, love your channel. What's with all these guys pick scraping the intro to Stinkfist?!! It's a freaking pet peeve of mine at this point!! They can play the entire song correctly yet they pick scrape the intro. I first saw Tool in the late 90s and it was the intro to Stinkfist that made me pick up a guitar because I had to know how he did it. People cam buy a flanger and delay for $20 a piece these days! Have you noticed these guys pick scraping the intro as well?!

    What have you mounted the Korg tuner onto? Is the holder also mounted or just sitting loose?
    Thanks for sharing.

      the tunner is mounted into these steel bars with holes, then i screwed the bars into the pedalboard so it stays firm

    Where did you get that board for your pedals and what is it called It looks exactly like the one he uses, also I was wondering how often you do you keep the micro amp on is it all the time or just certain songs?

    • @antonioppk_6433
      @antonioppk_6433  Před 4 lety

      the board i built it, its just a piece of wood from home depot haha, and and since im in a bedroom, i cant turn my amp really loud so i do have the micro amp on all the time.

    I've looked at a bunch of diagrams to figure out his signal chain order without the boss switching systems and tuner. Would this be correct? Guitar > Micro amp > volume pedal > dd3 > bf2 > dod fx40b > crybaby > amp input.

      @antonioppk_6433  Před 4 lety +1

      if you have the bb535 roll the knob on the side all the way up, and the boost knob on the bottom roll it all the way up aswell snd keep your boost on

      @@antonioppk_6433 thank you for that, im trying to emulate his wah on my boss gt 10 and Im not quite sure which knobs are for what! Could you tell me a bit more? Ive got Q control, range low, range high and presence settings as well as pitch min and max settings. And the additional question - flanger and delay are before preamp or after distortion from preamp?

    • @antonioppk_6433
      @antonioppk_6433  Před 4 lety +1

      Rnd R i wouldn't know how to help you with the wah man :/ just what ever has the most aggressive sweep sounds the closest to his, and i run every thing in the front, psm5, micro amp, volume pedal, eq, flanger, delay, wah, and after the loop i put my distortion!:) which is my vh4 pedal, i will make a new rug rundown video stay tuned bro!

    I don´t know how Adam achieves that heavy sound with Marshall 1976 super bass/super lead head. I think he use an attenuator, am I right?

    • @mmaviator22
      @mmaviator22 Před 3 lety

      His amps have changed over the years but normally its either a deizel vh4 blue or silver face depending. He uses both live alot. For a long time he used a dual rec but it gets switched out with the other vh4 and then the old marshall is used live. All 3 are on at all times. He does no channel switching live, just rolls the volume knob or pedal back.
