There's not enough hours in a day! Wanting to do a lot besides my dayjob, training, being social, spending time with kids and girlfriend, I always struggle with getting more than 5-6 hours of sleep.

Agreed - I have certainly had to 'sacrifice' some things but I am committed to seeing where I can go with my running😊
