I’m from Nashville TN and I will be visiting Albuquerque in the next two month for my job. I seen some videos and people are saying that it’s bad or unsafe. Which that’s in every city.

Hey thanks for watching the channel!
Night life is getting better, especially with breweries really taking over the scene. The food is another conversation! But you’re right!đŸ€€

Question, ask yourself if you would live in downtown Albuquerque. I lived in Albuquerque my whole life. I am a female and I lived alone for 5 years. I can’t say that living downtown was one of my top places to be for reasons of crime, homelessness and prices. Surely you can’t defend and say it’s safe. Thanks for the video!

Thanks for our watching the video! Really good question, I personally would not mind living in downtown for two reasons

      1. My office is downtown so I’m there all the time and I am yet to have a bad experience, personally.
      2. As busy as I am, I wouldn’t mind paying a little extra in a mortgage or HOA fees to not have to really worry about maintaining a property.

The downtown area is losing business, there's a few places left but not much there anymore, too many crazies..đŸ€Ș😛đŸ€Ș😛

We really appreciate you watching our videos! We think everyone has a little crazy in them but maybe that traditional brick and mortar business isn’t the way of the future since I see more bars and restaurants in the area.

I live downtown. 10 years, before Covid it was much more active. We lost many businesses, our movie theater, restaurants, clubs, but, we have a strong community that supports each other. We're doing better the police are present more. I wouldnt live anywhere else. So much to do and all walkable

My favorite Abq downtown spot is Bar Uno! Super cool small bar with a great bartender and excellent drinks!
