dude, Ronaldinho is so not a cocky player, he is definitely one of the most humble footbal player that ever exist. He has always been confident about football, definitely not cocky. he is so humble that it hurts, even when people ask him if he was better then another player, he always says no. as for your question you wanted to know if he was better than Messi or if Messi was better. back on the days they did play together on the same team and Ronaldinho was the star for barcelona. messi learned from Ronaldinho. messi was still a kid and playing for the reserve and when messi started playing with the big boys Ronaldinho was like his father who showed him the ropes. however, or Ronaldinho did predicted that messi would become the best players in the world on years to come. it's like Ronaldinho it's Michael Jordan and messi it's labron james. every team that Ronaldinho played he made the team champions, except for QUERETAROS which is a team from Mexico and at that time he was already retire and still help the team to the finals, in which they lost because Ronaldinho technically didn't even get to play the finals because of the coach decision. messy it's a phenomenal player now but there is no one like Ronaldinho bro this dude its a true legend. and he is actually one of the fewer players that never let Fame get into his head. he had a long and prosper football career and won everything that a football player could win. after that he decided to enjoy life and then it was messi's time to shine, simple is that. FYI, the Nike commercial with the slogan "Joga Bonito" it came up because of Ronaldinho style of play. because that's what he used to do when he played football. as for your wife and you both of you are butchering Ronaldinho's name bro.

he was very entertaining with his dribbles, but better than messi ? slow down. When Ronaldinho won the best player award (ballon d ore) he said he was not the best playr on his team, he was referring to then 18 year old Messi.
