This is so ideal! I love sitting on the left side of the plane when approaching MIA. Even if the flight lands in the opposite direction, you'll still get a view of the Miami area as you pass by everything then turn back around. Great video, ActionKid!

Nice sunset. The best Miami views are when we descend over Key Biscayne and South of Brickell.

Always nice to see my city 😉. Landing from the east you get the best views. I hate landing the other way. Just wanted to say that I don't think the airport is in Little Havana, is more like Miami Springs, if I'm not mistaken. I enjoy takeoff and landing videos so thanks for sharing 👍
Perfect I got a great view I looked up where the airport is, and you're right! It's more in the Miami Springs & Flagami area near Little Havana.
It is the Springs and just west of Little Havana. Little Havana sort of ends at 27th Ave.

Does anyone think the Miami skyline is as impressive as NYC's skyline? Miami skyline will overtake the NYC skyline in 2027. Population of Florida is already bigger. I think Florida is the number one tourist destination too.
Not sure where you got that estimate from, but before it overtakes NYC it still has to overtake the Chicago skyline.
@@hectora7479 Been to Miami a few times in the past 2 1/2 years and have seen lots of growth there. A new building in Miami by Waldorf Astoria will be the tallest building that will be South of Manhattan.
The hotel prices reflect it too. They are ridiculously high.
@@paulstein916 We once stayed at an Airbnb that accomodated 4 people for $100 a night. 15 minutes from downtown Miami. It worked for us. Extra money saved for eating.
Only from a certain angle. It's actually all dull gray in person and as you go inland it looks ghetto. What's impressive is the view as you drive over the bridge when you are approaching Downtown or Miami Beach from either direction.

I’m visiting Miami from California for the first time and I can’t figure out if I want to sit on the right or left side of plane. Anyone know which has best views?
Update: if you’re coming from the west, it doesn’t matter bc you’re not going to fly by the city before entering the airport
It you're landing from the west you won't see much except the everglades just before you land!
Look at a map. Figure out what you want to see and sit on that side of the plane. If you are coming in from the East, there is plenty of urban sprawl on both sides of the plane.
