- I made a LEGO May the 4th order at midnight on May 1st only to later find out LEGO didn't send my gift with purchases. They were finally shipped on May 7th and delivered on May 10th, ten days after I placed my order. This is the first time I've ever had an issue with a LEGO shipment.

I bought the Avengers tower last year and it came with 3 GWPs. But when it arrived there was no Avengers tower but twice those 3 GWPs. But a week later i got the Avengers tower after contacting Lego.
About time ,you get your free gifts a week later.
Lego always ships GWPS, at least it did when I bought markets last year
I bought some ninjago sets in two orders on January 1st, and it ended up coming, one order on one days and the other on the other, despite ordering them really close to each other.

That’s crazy I ordered mine at midnight and still got my tie intercepter and gwps 2 days later on may 3rd
I've had it happen to me and when I asked about it they said they do it to protect the boxes to not get crushed when ordering big boxes
I’m still waiting on my 25th anniversary coin since my order also included one set that was back ordered.
I've had GWP's shipped separately before. It's no big deal... they show up eventually.
Not a good experience from a customer service perspective in my opinion, but they certainly aren’t going to lose me as a customer lol
With my order I received the poly bag and coin. They shipped Droid transport separate. Good Old UPS hasn't come thru, it keeps bouncing around stations. That's the only one I wanted. Congratulations on receiving yours. Wish me luck
I wonder what’s going on over at LEGO. Is this all a cost cutting measure? Lack of inventory? Low staffing? Just a general cluster?
@@brickitect totally agree. Mind blowing that a Multimillion dollar company can't update there website or provide descent shipping. The Ghost was an amazing build, you decided to build or hold? I purchased 2024 R2D2 and Droidica. Think I will hold on to R2D2 for bit and build other.
They always send gwps separately I’m in the uk but it’s not normally this late

It took me about 45 minutes to place my order. Kept getting error messages. The invoice showed the tie interceptor and all 3 GWP’s. When I got the “Shipped” email it didn’t show the GWP’s. I contacted Lego and they shipped them separately. All received.
Same situation it seems. I wonder if this is what to expect going forward or if this was just a one off type thing.

lol Greg got his GWP 10 days later which is the complete opposite of my order. My main thing just arrived while my other stuff came much quicker.
