hello I am trying to do the laser effects but my lasers keep jumbling around. I lowered the amplitude but I think it has something to do with the segments in the lightning. I can't lower the segments lower than three sdo when i try to animate the start and end points my lightning is all over the place. Any ideas how to fix this?

Ok noob question. How do you actual get the laser to move from the eye and disappear? I have just a constant neon line after i add the start and stop points...feels like i missed a step. anyone?
idk if it's the same issue you had, but I was having trouble keyframing the lasers and I found out I had to nest the clip before I could do it. Look up "Keyframes Not Working in Premiere Pro | Fix: Nest Clip" on youtube
