Not sure if you heard of him but there is a guy called “Protege”, he can absorb other people’s powers to a infinite amount I believe. He was so powerful he even called pre-retcon beyonder a “puny Godling”.
he's too OP to be OP. to begin with, since he can warp reality, only a creature that can warp reality can defeat him. and only if that creature attacks him first. otherwise, Frank would win even against those that have similar powers.
Is he a mutant again? Last I heard they retconned that so he wouldn't be allowed to hang out on the Mutant Island or get help from them in restoring his powers after his last burnout. They also had him go emo and dye/magic his hair black instead of blond for some reason.
now I'm thinking about it' combining the elastic power of Mr fantastic where he can just use his imagination to create a shape he wants and his wife invisibility ability we can conslude that it will turn out op if combined a warping reality power
