    So if it was in English this would be awesome but even in this format it was entertaining to see. The photo resist with a untra violet light source causes the resist to only remain where it was shadowed by the image he printed. This is also similar to process of photo lithography and it changes the resistance values of the glass making only areas blocked by the light conductive. This can be done by DIY and experienced technicians but it is not that much to make a uv light pulse machine. Use a high voltage capacitor bank to transfer the energy from the high voltage discharge of the coil to the flash tube and you have the basics of the machine. Look up building a ultra Violet strobe for etching. Good luck. I worked with laser's so this is very similar as your taking photonic energy and essentially changing the doping values of resistance to allow electron flow over shadowed or covered areas only. The LCD crystal's align in such a way as to twist when exposed to a voltage a d go back to a relaxed state when voltage is removed, vary voltages and you have the beginnings of a RGB pixel. Take a few million and you have a block of an image, to make a few trillion and now you have a high definition image. Get the idea?

    • @TomasSab3D
      @TomasSab3D Před 2 lety +5

      Would a UV light work without "flashing"? Just a long exposure to a powerful "black light".
      As you explain the "resist" evaporates in UV light... Can one make and apply "resist" coating on a glass at home?

      @@MasterPredator93 Yes a great video if it's genuine, or just another utube charlatan otherwise... However to call it "fake" with certainty, one must at least be able to tell "which" stage looks impossible. To me, that "flash light" impression on the glass looks very suspicious. And pouring liquid-cyrstal droplets between the glass plates is also a quite vulnerable process. Overall, this is not a durable setup, yet it very simply displays the basic "functionality" of an LCD unit.

      I have the same question.....but i can help u with the "timer display".... it's know as "7-segment display" (cuz there are 7 segments/lines in that display) in the market....pins differ on some displace, some have 10, some have 8... the least is 4/5 pins ig (used in Arduino)...
      The basic method is that there will be a ground pin (GND, a pin that will be connected to all 7 segments/lines), other pins are connected to the each segments alone ( like ,first pin will be connected to one segment only and so on).....
      The GND pin will be connected to -ve side of a battery
      So when the current passes through first pin , one segment glows
      These kind of displays are complicated to produce alphabet when ur using just a battery...but it's possible
      To ease things people introduce Arduino and many other IC....
      If u wanna know more or didn't understand what I explained...u could always google "7-segment display" or "LCD"(liquid crystal diode)....
      How ever I don't know and still curious abt the +be coating thing....holp this helps😊

      Good question..

    • @zioTino96
      @zioTino96 Před 2 lety +11

      It's a matrix multiplex scheme, with 8 pins you can have 4x4 = 16 elements. The trick is that they are not switched on simultaneously, they are supplied power only for 25% of the time. But the rate is higher than our eyes can detect, so we just see the still image.

    • @circuitandtech
      @circuitandtech Před 2 lety +1

      @@zioTino96 But for that you need atleast (7+1) for single digit and (2+7) for double digits...and so on..

    • @zioTino96
      @zioTino96 Před 2 lety +5

      @@circuitandtech if you organize the elements in digits you will need more pins. Now forget about the digits for a minute, think that you only have 14 elements. No need to group them 7x2 (that would need 7+2 pins) you can group them 4x4, (ignoring 2 connections) and needing 8 pins

      positive quoting on glass is done by two costly processes (1) vacuum metalling and (2) sputtering. He has not explained about these.....
