For me it had to tick a few boxes, I enjoyed the last one so much that I had to get another. I would have kept my last one if it wasn't for a change in circumstance. All good now!
Lovely looking car . I have had 2 M4 F82 competition and non comp . I just rejected in November the new M2 . I sold M2 competition for the new model unfortunately the car market is a wash with discounted M2 the car that was going to be special. So I was thinking another F82 as new as I could get but was worried about PPF . Think you answered it for me sounds good think I will get like you say more off an occasion with dct . Looking forward to more content 👍
Thanks Kevin! My last one was a Non-Comp but was stage 1 tuned by me. DCT definitely provides occasion on every drive. Sound is definitely good. F87 M3 Comp is great for the money!

Nice car but seeing that you previously had an M4 from before I would of personally gone for a C63 or a RS5 maybe M240i but it's just my personal opinion
The only other car I actually considered was a 911 but they're a bit too rich for me at the moment. A couple of years ago when I had the Porsche Macan S (and the M4) I almost traded the M4 for a 911. That was my opportunity at the time. Hindsight is wonderful👍
True, the F82 has been around almost 10 years and therefore the interior is a bit dated. However it's the drive that stacks up. The small carbon touches and HUD still give it a nice life. RS5 would have been a nice choice but didn't fancy one.
@jasonmjonesuk it's a phenomenal daily and will keep up with a F8x. But it's not a full fat M and there's just something about a M car. M-lites are like a Maisto models whereas M cars are like Burago or Autoart models lol

Didn't really consider anything else. I guess if they still did a F80 M3 in this year then may be that but that was discontinued in 2018.

I knew it was an M4! But interior abit dated now (sorry that gonna stick) so would have gone S5 or RS5 (if i had the money).

Well....in the last 10 years this is my 7th BMW vs 5 VAG cars
