You get Botan on a plane by using Watame as bait. Korone is easily defeated by her crippling fear of soap. Kanata's plan to defeat Pekora is already perfect.
But last time in Watamee have a nice day, they go their own way. Watamee with plane and Botan with train

Umm yeah, she's grossed out by bugs and other creepy crawlies, but please do remember what happened when she saw a spider in her room during a stream. Never was there a more squished arachnid.
But, Korone has this fight instinct which activates whenever she's cornered. So, while it may cause a flight response at first, if she's pushed into the corner she will awaken and her rage will overcome her fears, which only makes her more dangerous in the end. In short, you cannot defeat Korone by avoiding a fight, which means to beat her you inevitably have to be stronger than her. So, basically, you die 草

Botan's weakness is definitely that she knows she is strong. So if you put something tasty looking in an obvious trap she would probably walk right in after it unconcerned. I can't advise luring her onto a plane, that might help her get over her fear and make her even stronger.
I bet you can defeat Botan by slipping on a banana peel over and over again, until she chokes from endless laughter.
Beating Ko'one is rather easy. Just have a spider(or any other insect) at hand. Pekora is beatable by almost any mean and Botan... I think You need Hachama to do it
She's blabbing all of that as if she can't just grip them to oblivion.
