This week we're on the road again and headed to the south coast of Western Australia.
We meet up with old mates and hit the trails for a Land Rover Defender camping trip.
We put the inflatable kayak to the test in the ocean for the first time and catch fish for dinner.
The areas were exploring in this video are to the east of Albany and called East Bay and Betty's Beach.
The south coast of Western Australia is thousands of kilometres of pristine coastline.

Funny I grew up near Rome New York they hold the World Series of Bocce. I like Aussie rules better
9:12 Ton turmeric ne sert strictement à rien si tu n'y ajoutes pas du poivre noir (pour sa pipérine). L'association des deux permet à la curcumine de traverser la barrière intestinale.
C est un mélange où il y a déjà du poivre, gingembre, cannelle, vanille. Ça change un peu. J apprécie le goût. Mais merci pour l info j ajouterai plus de poivre la prochaine fois.

Ah OK, il y a du poivre dans ta recette, donc tout va bien ...
Attention à ne pas surdoser le poivre surtout si il y a du gingembre (ça joue le même rôle mais en moins efficace). J'ai attrapé une inflammation chronique au colon à cause de l'excès de poivre !!! et du coup j'ai dû arrêter le curcuma (ou turmeric) car sans poivre, ça ne sert à rien du tout.
Le problème est qu'on ne trouve pas, ou du moins je n'ai jamais trouvé de recette qui donne le bon dosage ...
