That was slower than I expected, but mostly because I didn't really pay much attention to Arthur's weight until he started dying from his TB. One thing I've always wanted to do is go back to before he contracts TB and get him to maximum weight, and then see how long I can keep him that big, the goal being to reach the end and his death with him at Average weight rather than the desiccated wraith he usually turns into.
There is someone living near Valentine who, I believe, has helped a number of people lose a lot of weight. Arthur should ask around for a feller named Edmund Lowry Junior.

i keep Arthur around level 2 to 5. The only time Arthur was level 0 was in chapter 6 when food wasn't taking effect so i didn't eat then eat and got wight
The meals from the saloons still add weight in chapter 6. Fun little fact.

I can't keep weight on. After about half way through chapter 2 I've never been anything but underweight.
Except for one point when I was average for all of ten minutes after eating literally 45 fish.
Every day, just eat the 3 big games seasoned with each herb, so you have the 3 golden cores
Go to the fence, buy as much moonshine as possible, drink 4. After 4, arthur passes out and wakes up with weight gain. Once you run out, go to the fence and buy more.
i legit get pissed off and borderline sad when the little weight icon drops to say you lost weight, like, i want my man Arthur be a well fed and happy boy for as long as i can but it's so hard to maintain him at a healthy weight

It took me a day or so to get him overweight after watching some videos. After like the 1st chapter my Arthur would be average or underweight. Big game meat, lots of candy, alcohol and sleep and repeate will do it. I think candy helps the most. I been overweight for while now its awesome lol. U can ran just a little and knock over people pretty good and when it comes to brawling he's a tank
