3D Playground - Earthquake Comparison!

Here's my 3D playground being tested for 15 earthquakes! These simulations feature all 12 shaking levels on the Mercalli scale quite realistically (+plus 3 additional levels I made up). This video took 50 hours to make... SUBSCRIBE!

These simulations along with my piano music (Spotify/CZcams: ‪@pardonmypiano‬ ) are part of my lifelong project called "In Terra Pax" that aims to bring financial and emotional support to victims affected by earthquakes around the world.

I hope my simulations will educate the general public about potential earthquake related hazards and create more curiosity about Earth Science in general. I do also hope that my videos will inspire a future generation of amazing architects, engineers and scientists! We all need to peacefully work together to make this world a better place. :)

It has to do with with ground displacement. The acceleration values can differ but buildings respond differently to various frequencies 😁

It's a quake that happens on Pluto 😁 the gravity is 10 times less than on Earth so it affects how objects shake
