2 large eggs, room temperature
1/4 cup sour cream (60 grams)
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour (318 grams)
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup granulated sugar (200 grams)
Topping
1/3 cup coarse sugar
Glaze
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tbsp milk
1/2 vanilla bean, or 1/4 tsp vanilla
