How far you'll go to save your own life ?
I personally did absolutely everything to get out of this state of depression.
I just didn't go through the same path. But my own path was also a journey. After trying everything for years with shrinks, hypnosis, meditation, vitamins, yoga etc... I decided to go to the Golden Temple in Amristar. 30 mn after looking inside the eyes of one of the priests out there, I knew something happened and that something changed deep inside me. I couldn't stop crying because something was coming out inside me and that was what I needed.
3 months later, depression was gone and this state of being an alf dead ghost, was history. I may have moments of sadness, worry, anxiety and feeling very down since then but I never felt the same despair inside my soul ever again.
Conclusion : regarding my own experience, depression is a spiritual illness for me. Nothing else
This is a sad story about how the marketplace pushes out good people who don't fit it.
On the other hand, it's a wonderful story about how people find themselves in the modern world. It's also good that this film has some warning about some dangers that are worth paying attention to. This movie also touched some another important topics.

For those that have not done ayahuasca it’s not for the weak of heart ! You must prepare for whatever your hard drive holds and for some, like me, it can be terrifying but healing! Please research well and if you do it, prepare for it with diet and intention
I really adore this very brave and smart young man. I still didn’t get the cruelty among the youngsters. We all see severe depression of this boy and ppl still criticize him being in suicidal stage!
