- Hey team, this video here is all about my personal urban emergency bug out bag that is designed to support myself in a disaster situation for around 72 hours.
The contents off this bag are formulated from my personal opinion and this video should only be used as a basic guide or reference to how to make a personal bug out bag.

Good bag. As a chaplain, I have a very similar one. The one change I've made from experience is to put what I might want on the move into the front section (notepads, pens, flashlight, gum, etc.) and things you will only use at "camp" into the interior. Most taskings I'll be into the front section multiple times and might never need the interior at all.
Hey mate thanks for that feed back those are great ideas and it’ll be smart to set up like that 😁
Clothes and food. These are items left from most of these bags. Thanks
Really good bag. Pretty similar to mine, with a few exceptions due to local laws/restrictions. Hopefully never needed, but good to have! Need to remember to update mine and check use by dates etc!
Very functional and good for an urban environment. Like the cooking system much easier to good on gas than trying to cook on a wood fire. Just a thought to aid shelf life would be to vacuum pack certain items so that this counters deterioration and also waterproofs. A lot of thought has gone into this.
Hey Iain that's a great idea thanks for sharing. I've learnt that cooking with gas is superior in almost all situations when compared to cooking with a wood fire or other combustible material and super quick too.
Nice practical kit!
Thanks Al Thepal 👍
very good bag i would suggest a few hygiene bits for herself as they are multi use if you get a bad cut or if she needs one.
you will definably get extra points for having one. also a small lantern or flashlight adapter to make it into one when you are at camp or in your tent
This is pretty good quality
Thank you for that 🤟👍
This is a fairly decent kit in my opinion, at least for an urban area. There's certainly a few things I could add to this, like a flat pack stainless steel stick stove. The propane/butane stove burner is great for short term use, but they will eventually run out of gas. I carry a similar one myself as well as a flat pack wood stove. The wood stove I use during good weather when getting a fire started is easy, the gas stove comes in handy when it's raining or when getting a fire started can be really difficult. That's about the only personal change I would make. Outside of that, you have a decent kit for the most part.
Cheers for all your comments mate, I appreciate them 🤙
Great video dude a great add is leatherman or victorinox multitools and a good flashlight with spare battery
Thanks for that 👍👍
Nice kit. Tip: ask your dentist for a toothpaste tester. Contains 15ml (small tube) can last a month of brushing for less space
Hey there thats an awesome idea, I have a small travel toothpaste that I put in but if you can get even smaller ones then bonus 😁
I would ditch the life straw for a Sawyer mini squeeze or something that is made for water collection and filtering. Lifestraws really are made for survival where your only going to drink at the source. You could use one with a wide mouth container but if your going to do that it gets awkward and you'll be stopping to do so, at which point you might as well take a break and boil the water then carry it with you.
Hey AL tha ks for you feed back and I absolutely agree with you, just waiting for a good sale where's in my country NZ, the sawyer products are quite expensive, but definatly a to get.
@@tmtactics6490 So, AL has a good point. But I'd like to add here that I would keep the lifestraw as well. While the Sawyer Squeeze Mini is my go to at all times, it's best used when you have the time to stop and relax at a water source to filter water. If you're on the move and worried about stopping for longer than a drink of water, or you run low on already filtered water, you can use the lifestraw as a pocket filter instead of getting out the Sawyer and taking time to filter water. Like having a water bottle in your pocket, it can help save your already filtered water as well if you happen upon a stream or puddle and just need a quick drink, saving your filtered water for while you're on the move between water sources. Though for during camp times, the Sawyer is certainly the better option for filtering larger amounts of water quicker. Particularly if you use good quality squeeze bags, the ones that come with the Sawyer filter aren't the best quality. The ones I had quickly fell apart at the seams, so I prefer to use a standard thread 1L water bottle for dirty water during filtering.
hey mate - now this is what I would call a good bug out bag, and it is smart, efficient and well organized from the first to the last piece. It is obvious you know what you are doing and are confident in your preparations. Very well done, and pleasant to watch. My compliments! greetz Jason
Cheers for that mate I appreciate it!
Your backpack is Great 😃
Thank you Apopo this is one of my favourite bags 😁
I would recommend swapping the life straw for a sawyer mini squeeze water filter.
1. German army foldable sleeping mat (also serves as back plate)
2. Carinthia XP 2 Plus bivy or some other one (shelter). You can't beat Carinthia
3. Sleeping bag (I recommend the OMM 100 or OMM 160, primaloft gold with cross core tech). Synthetics > down
I've tested the my kit and it works great. I've realised that it's cool to have all that gear but it will get tough real fast without a basic shelter system. You won't last without a good nights sleep, I've made the same mistake at first. Avoid all that cheap one time use emergency crap. Keep on testing your gear till you're happy with everything man. Goodluck
In total my pack weights in at around 6kg without any food + water. The ruck size is 25L so it's pretty small. Also ditch one of your knives to shed off weight and switch to a Sawyer Squeeze or Mini. It can filter enough gallons to last a lifetime. Also attach two molle pockets on each side and keep your 1L bottle in each one to save room on the inside of the ruck.
Hey DailyDaze thanks so much for you input that’s a lot of very good and useful info, I’ve been on the look out for a sawyer mini to put in my kit but there algae’s to come by and I agree with a quality sleep and shelter system. Thank for taking the time to reply 👍👍
Great looking kit. I’m glad you included a hygiene pouch and extra set of clothes, a lot of people don’t mention them.
Hey MalteseCat thanks for the feed back, and absolutely, there very forgetful items.
Hey Mark thanks for that ill look into it 👍
Рюкзак хороший, наполнение тоже вроде по делу 👍
Привет из России! ✌️
TM Tactics: a couple of my ideas that might help your bag out.
a couple extra batteries with your radio in case you are using it more than you thought you would need.
take the aqua tabs out of the box, and bag'em.
look for charcoal toothpaste tablets and ditch the toothpaste so save room/mess
drop the moraknife replace with a folder, keep the Gerber. (I got the same one ;) )
get a water bottle holder for the side of your bag, you dont want to be digging for water all the time, and save room.
add a tourniquet to your IFAK
keep a little steel wool sponge in your mess kit, dirty mess kits suck. if you keep a 9 volt battery on hand you have fire too.
keep a little loose cash in with those documents just in case.
I live right below the Canadian border and have been doing this stuff for quite a while. You have a great start there, I love the 5.11 bags, I finally settled on a rush 72. funny how a rush 24 is good for about 3 days. I could live out of my rush 72 for a month. good video, I subscribed, keep em coming.
Hey R Mac thank you for your feed back it was very valuable, I looked into the rush 72 and believe me I want it lol but at the moment I'll settle for my rush 24, I didn't think about ways of cleaning mess kit and including a scrub pad would be great I might even add antibacterial wipes too.
That external water bottle holder is a great idea, I just like to keep a slim profile as much as I can, good idea about the radio as well I might look into buying some extra model batteries for the radio too. Thanks also for subscribing and again for the tips they are really valuable 👍
Charcoal wears the enamel off teeth. Dentists want it banned.
@@tmtactics6490 Instead of going with a bag mounted water bottle pouch, you can actually find belt mounted water bottle pouches that can still be attached to your bag if needed. Though I would recommend getting a single wall steel water bottle as the plastic bottles can deteriorate and leech chemicals into the water after prolonged use and they can get punctured fairly easily if dropped on rough terrain.
Some work gloves
You might think about a few adds such as some bug spray, sunscreen, Imodium, blister kit, powder for chafing issues...I know it's easy to get carried away, but medical issues will stop you in your tracks! I'd switch out that Life straw for a Sawyer mini... they filter up to 100,000 gallons of water as opposed to the very limited number of gallons the Life straw filters.
Hey mate those are some great ideas thanks. I'm wanting to a sawyer mini but just waiting for a sale lol and definatly chafing powder and other med supplies ect thanks for your input 👍
cooling hat , cooling towel, cooling shirt/vest, misting fan , electrolyte powder pks.
Some good ideas there mate.
Try to have a Non tactical screaming bag, Hiking Backpack perharps for more Urban centered.
Hey John thanks for your feed back, I try to abide by the grey man theory as much as I can and I totally agree with you. Only thing is I don't at the moment have a ultimate urban style bag that fits my requirements but I'm still on the look out for one, granted lots more people these days have tactical looking bags, but it wouldn't be the smart thing to do because tactical screams prepared 👍
@@tmtactics6490 Oh I see, Try 5.11 amp series. The Molle can be replaced with a admin pouch and other goodies. The small amp12 is 24l, I hope that build a good structure.
Thanks for that, ill look into it 👍
Swap the tarp for a military poncho. More versatile as a rain gear item or shelter or bivvy bag.
Nice set-up mate. Did I hear you mention a sillcock key? I think I might have. In an urban environment, those are worth their weight in gold. I would also recommend a couple of heavy-duty 6 mil 55 gallon (208 litre) contractor trash bags. You can get a pack of 20 for about 40.00 U.S. dollars and the uses are limited only by your imagination. I've used them for water collection, a makeshift mattress (filled with leaves and/or newspaper) or a poncho to cover myself or gear. In the U.S. I also carry extra mags for my firearm. In the event that you are not able to carry a firearm down under, I would recommend a good slingshot with 1/2-inch (12.7mm) steel balls. With practice, these can be used as a deadly deterrent or for hunting small game. I've killed squirrels and a possum with mine (a PocketShot with hammer grip) and I'm not even that good. I also like it because it's silent and much cheaper to shoot. I bought a bag of 500 rounds for about 50.00 U.S. dollars. You can cut that price in half by using 3/8" (9.5mm) balls. Again, nice work. Let's hope this remains a hobby and we never actually need to use this stuff in a SHTF scenario. Cheers!
Hey mate thanks for your input you have some great points with slingshots 😁 and yeah let’s hope it does stay a hobby 🤙
Cool Video 👍
Thank U for the Info 👍
U got a new subscriber..
Hey mate thank you very much 👍
Great vid. 😄 I might of missed them, but I always have goggles in my PPE as well as cut resistant gloves.
That's That's good idea with goggles, I have general purpose gloves for work but their not cut resistant 👍👍
@@tmtactics6490 I highly recommend putting 2gether a Belt Kit/Utility Belt that slide through Belt Loops of however many/much Pants/Shorts/Skirts ya can fit inside your Urban Emergency Bug Out Bag with Belt Suspenders attached on2 Belt Loops as well as attach either A.L.I.C.E. Hey Jared thats a really good idea thank you very much for taking the time to comment in this much detail. I think that the survival belt/ suspenders is quite a smart idea and usually I carry a belt with my tool on it but this is more advanced and more reliable. Do you have any photos or links you can send me so I can have a look at that type of set up to see what I could do, ild be very interested thanks 😊
@@tmtactics6490 no I don't have any pictures but here's as thorough a list of Solid Colors as possible 4 ya 2 choose from 4 putting your Belt Kit/Utility Belt 2gether! Plus it's going 2 take heck of a whole longer 2 list Military Camouflage Patterns!

Idk if you have it in those smaller tool bags but any type of striker for fires is always good
Hey Liam thanks for that, and yes there is a small fire kit in the black pouches that have a magnesium rod with striker aswell as 2-3 small lighters 🤙
Nice!
I think you have a well put together bag. You may want to add some security tools if I missed that part.
Hey Rocky stones thanks for that 👍👍
First thank you for sharing your setup with us, you can add satalitte mobile phone and emergency becon
Hey Ali Maki thanks for ya feed back and you are right you could add those items, a sari lite phone is not a bad idea and even tho a emergency beacon or PLB are a good option if you need emergency services to find you, in a disaster situation they may be too busy to respond to it but none the less it’s small and doesn’t take up much space so worth the carry 😁👍.
A pretty decent bug out bag but I would also suggest mounting a pouch thats near enough the same size as the side of your bag to the side to hold the cooking/ food stuff. Easy to access and put away
Hey Harry thats a good idea and I have thought about it, I just wana keep a 'plain or streamline look thats all so its a hard desicion to put a pouch on to save space but look more tactical and potentially snag it on things lol thanks for your feed back 👍😊
@@tmtactics6490 aahhhh thats a good point didnt think of how it looks will certainly be more of a consideration for my bag now
IanceHi nice vid, how about you testing the year with a three-day hike. And filming the expirance
Hey Eli thats a good idea and ild love to test it out as I plan to in the future but just super busy at the moment with my job. Definitely a future video tho 👍
Might want to add a light weight rain wear pancho and gallon zip lock bags as trash bags to prevent attracting animals should you need to create a temporary out door shelter. Also one 3 mil Carpenter bag you can stuff with leaves and use as a make shift mattress to lay on and also an emergency blanket or 90% wool blanket you can fold into a sleeping bag shape and use safety pins to secure loose ends together to make a comfortable warm sleep sack.
That's a good idea Gary I keep a few black bags in the black tool pouches but all are very logical and well though out ideas, thanks for your feed back 👍
Wicked video!! Love the cough after the mask being shown haha
Haha thank you 😊 #subtle jokes
Novo inscrito, direto do Brasil.
Obrigada 👍
Good stuff. I like the music not sure what they’re crying about. For sure those are the guys who comment they love “no bullshit”. LoL They wouldn’t know YT production if it bit them in the ass.
Haha thanks for that my friend and yeah it can be very challenging to find the “perfect line” of making videos with good content and putting the right music and extras in.
I would suggest for you to have a sillcock key as a water gathering tool for urban Survival its the best thing and its very easy to use
Hey that a good idea however I already have one in the two black molle tool pouches, I did a seperate video on them 🙂
I added a short pice of water hose with the ability to attach it to a water faucet I can fill my water blatter -& bottles and not waist water or have a tattletale wet spot saying get water here or give away my water source .
Hey Thumper thats actually a good idea to not leave a trace when getting water. Thanks for your input 👍
I’d expand on the med kit with a tourniquet , a Fox chest seal , hemostatic gauze and an israeli pressure bandage because you might encounter multiple serious injuries on yourself or others. Theres good videos on CZcams showing you how and when to use them. and a space blanket will help keep you or someone warm if your cold or if you go into shock from an injury, they fold up very small and have multiple uses.
Hey Kenny thanks for the feed back I appreciate it and you watching my video. That’s a great idea I will admit my first aid kit is very out of date for my bag and I’m in the process of designing a new first aid kit with the TQ, chest seals, pressure bandages and other life saving items. Thanks again for taking the time to comment I really do soothe feedback. 😁😁
You’re shelter / sleep system is a small tarp??
Great video. Well thought out items. Not a fan of the background music choice myself, but that’s just me. Thought you have a nice set up and I got some ideas. Thank you.
Hey H.Nicole thanks for your feed back ill be looking into changing the music for my next videos and I'm happy you got a few ideas 😁
for i always include morale boosters, cuz in most emergencies down time is the majority of time spent. so a deck of playing cards
Hey Hollywood tacticool that's not a bad idea, I just don't know any card games lol 😂👍
I don't have a backpack big enough for a 21 yr old blonde with big tits.
I like it
Good job Sir. Just two things. I would put a desiccant packet in your plastic bags with electronics. They will absorb the moisture and protect your equipment. I collect the pouches that come in the boxes of online purchases. The second is, what is the weight of your bag? Keep up the good work.
Cheers mate thanks for the ideas, not too sure on the weight, it’s very light probably around the 6 kg mark give or take, keep safe out there 🤙
Hi.
Do you have a link to the black polyester tarp?
Do you have a PDF of the contents of your bag?
Do you carry a mini SD card with your documents on it?
What is the brand of the red mini radio?
Do you carry a power bank and a separate bag for batteries?
Hi there Cheryl, so I got the tarp of a website called Trade me which is one of the go to sites for online shopping if your in NZ (which I am) this is kinda like the Australia and New Zealand version of Amazon or eBay, I have a hand written list of all the content but I haven’t had the time to make a PDF, I do have a USB with docs and photos and certificates on etc but that’s on my key chain, the emergency radio i think is discontinued and from Katmandu (got it on clearance) when there were a few left and can’t find it anywhere now, I didn’t have a power bank in that video but I do now and the spare batteries are in sealed seperate bag in the black tool pouches that I did another video on those are some good questions and thanks for commenting I hope these answers are useful to you.
First aid kit at top
Where did you get those two little black utility type bags. Something like that would be a great addition to my get home and Bug Out bags to keep things organized.
Hey mate I brought these online from New Zealand’s Amazon equivalent so search up tactical molle pouches and you’ll find similar if not the same ones 👍
@@tmtactics6490 thanks
Great video mate.
I would definitely use many of what you said in your video.
Some additional items to add to your bag: Add some mylar blankets. Great for keeping you warm. Another thing is, purchase additional battery for your Baofeng radio. The radio on your battery could last for a day or (if you are lucky) two. By adding an additional one, you could communicate for a longer period of time. I also suggest a better radio like a Baofeng UV-82. It has dual band (VHF and UHF). Aside from purchasing extra battery for that, I suggest purchasing a cable that has a USB connector on the other and the connector for the charger on the other. With that cable, you could charge using the radio's charger on a power bank. Which you cannot do with a Baofeng BF-888S. Another advantage of a dual band radios like the UV-82 is, you could that to transmit on the UHF CB frequencies used in New Zealand 476 Mhz to 477. Because the range of the UHF on a dual band is up to around 478 MHz. While the frequency coverage of a BF-888S is only up to 470 MHz.
Cheers mate!!
Hey mate thanks very much for this feed back I’m glad you enjoyed the video. Mylar blankets are all ready in there I believe but there light and small so I can all ways add more, as for the radio that a good idea I just have to be careful with what types of radios I use in nz due to the licence required to operator etc but there are alternative aswell. Thanks again and keep safe out there 🤙
Could you make a video of an actual trial or test of your bag and equipment in a bug out or get home scenario?
Hey mate thanks for ya feed back, it is one of the plans I have for later down the track. Ild love to take the bag out and capture on video how to use each bit of equipment etc
This is very sad. 😂 good luck
Elaborate please ?
Expand on the 1st aid portion. Lose the flex cuffs. They are a liability issue. I think it's a bad idea to carry any identity document copies, you lose them and you could be in trouble down the road.
Some good points there, cheers 👍
Add a poncho liner and mylar sleeping bag for thermal regulation.
im sure u had them in ur little packs but a power bank, whistle.ano
ther water holding device. a thick black bag,duck tape,cable ties,spare cash,lighter.
Hey Robert thanks for your feed back. I do have about 90% of the mentioned items in those black pouches, ill need to check my power bank tho to see if I've put it in there so thanks for reminding me 😁👍
The thing about earplug is it Limits your situational awarness specially in a urban setting
Hey there, I agree with you, there are very few circumstances where one would need hearing pro but because of its small size I chucked it in there as a extra item that weighs nothing but in reality I probs wouldn’t use it, might be handy for kids or something in loud environment etc. Cheers for the feed back 🤙
Be careful with things like pry bars, lockpicks and cable ties/ zip ties, they can be considered b&e tools and leave you in a lot of trouble
Absolutely Waldo, that's why I always try to mention things like saving people out of cars or rescue devices etc but yes I'm very aware of that, thanks for your feed back and stay safe 👍
add a water spickot tool, most urban places typically theres plenty of spots that have a water tap, but it requires a key to use, if u have that u might be able to get fresh clean water when you need it, also add the cutters for the cuffs you have incase your not helping law enforcement and are using it yourself
Hey mate thanks for your feed back, I have a silcok key in the little black pouch which is exactly the item your talking about and also that’s a good idea with the cable cutters 👍
@@tmtactics6490 must of missed the tool, but yeah saw one time those cuffs need a special cutter
Cool set up bro do you carry your bag with you everyday and everywhere you go?
Hey mate nah I have a smaller one in my car and I take the bag with me when I travel away from my work. I work in a clinic and have a work version of a bug out bag there, also I live 10 minutes walk from work so I don’t need to bring it with all the time 😎
Great b.o.b load out
Sorry I know I'm late to the game but I would recommend taking the battery out of the flashlight, maybe tape it to the flashlight, so it doesn't corrode the inside of the flashlight
Hey mate haha your allgoods, I think I mentioned in another comedy about flipping the battery around so it doesn’t get activated but taping it to the outside is a good idea and I might do that next time, thanks for your input 👍
Nice vid.
A subscription by me.
Thank you 😊
can you tell me where you bought ur backpack I want to buy it as well
Hey mate, so I brought this bag originally second hand in perfect condition from Trademe which is a popular online shopping site here in New Zealand and it’s the 5.11 rush 24 bag in sandstone. You could probably find the equivalent on Amazon or eBay etc. Hope that helps 👍
How heavy is the bag for us older guys
Hey mate the bag weighs around 14 kgs so like 30ish pounds give it take
Nice bag. Ditch the crow bar and extra knife and replace with another bottle of water.
Hey mate thanks for your comment👍
Cool start did not see a muilttool. You could add a stainless steel water bottle.
Hey there at 6:25 I pulled the multitool out and not a bad idea on the stainless steel bottle 🤟👍
@@tmtactics6490i forget upgrade you flashlight and if you don't mind you could add a small lantern some have a 12 hour to 48 hour battery life more light is good for the night. Or and a good face mask because of the time we live in
Thanks for you feed back, those are some good ideas and I'll definatly consider them in my improvements later on 😊
come on mate!? where is your tactical sheep for those long lonely nights ;) jk of course. GJ
Haha cheers mate 😂😂😂
Are you able to take the bacl ground music away from the video.
Hey thanks for the feedback, a few people have told me already about the music being ill suited for the topic. I'm not a professional at this yet lol but my next videos will be improved, but thanks for letting me know 👍
Cowabunga.!
Not bad.
Cheers 👍👍
Range on the walkie?
Hey there, the range Is dependant on the environment but out in the open there about 2-5km and in urban environments there around 1-2km, I don’t use them as a long distance device, just as short range coms so your don’t have to yell in a urban environment 😊
Good kit, where did you get that med kit bag lol I like it and wouldn't mind one myself lol

Add a rain poncho and a space blanket
Hey Kenneth, a good idea thanks, I'm pretty sure I have those items in my two black tool pouches that I didn't show because I have done a video on them but thanks for the feed back I appriciate the engagement 👍😊
Another suggestion instead of having a plastic bottle of water get a metal one like that you can boil your water
Hey that’s a good idea. The only thing with bottled water is that it is preserved and as soon as I put the water into a metal container ild have to find a way of keeping it from “going bad” and having a bottle of water is just easier for me. I have a water filter in the bag and I’ll be putting a small metal bottle in there too so i will be able to boil water. Thanks for your feed back it helps a lot 🤙

Great kit and info.
But pry bar, knife, and restraints? That kind of thing did in Ted Bundy. Lol. I’m kidding of course.
Xland Outdoors you never know when you need those haha 😂 might have to detain someone if there trying to hurt you or cause harm 😂 but however they aren't an necessity, I got them when I did POW training in the army so I thought ild include them anyway 😉
Hey Jeff, POW training Is to do with restraining prisoners of war or suspicious people that could be detremental to the mission. We touch on this during Army basic training where you capture the enemy and have to detain them, I would like to do that escape and survival course tho definitely up my alley way 😉
Have you used your kit on a overnight?
Hey Peak bagger nah haven’t had the chance yet, I’m definitely wanting too, just got to fit it in with work and study.
@@tmtactics6490 I feel that, dude I made a BOB kit also with a 511 bag and it’s awesome! I used only the “10C’s of survivability” and it’s the best kit ever! Swap the single use water bottle for a stainless steel bottle.
Great video. Only thing that was somewhat distracting was the music, just didn't fit with the video imo. Just my thoughts though so take it as you will!
Thanks for that feed back Ill try to improve the music for my next videos 😊👍
I find background music distracting and completely unnecessary as well. Your video was great...no need to muddy it up with outside noise. Imho
How much does the bag weigh?
@Oldphart Grumpy I think from memory it was around the 22kg mark so 48 pounds.
@@tmtactics6490 i doubt that bag weighs 48lbs. No offense.
Hey Doug I rechecked the bag with everything in it and it came to 14.4 kgs so thats around 30 pounds I think lol, you're right. I don't know were I got 22kgs from 😊
@@tmtactics6490 no worries. That still seems like more than it looks. LOL. Thanks for the response. Be safe out there.
No worried mate, and you too 👍
i think you miss for fire making equipment sir
Hey Gogi my fire kit is in included in the black tool pouches 😁
Can we have the peoples names and locations please.
I wouldn't have the restraint cuffs on the outside of the bag. If you come across someone with more ability and bad intentions and wants yours stuff you have openly given them something to use against you and restrain you with as they walk of with your bag. Out of site out of mind.
Cheers for the comment mate it’s a good point.
That cook kit is aluminium, not stainless steel.
Don't shine lights in people's eyes. Think epilepsy!
Hey mate cheers for your comment, the pupil touch is there to asses the patient for TBI or any kind of major head injury as well as a general assessment light. Epilepsy is usually triggered with fast moving light or people are aware of it and take their medication etc. Good thought tho, will keep in mind.
Add a CAT tourniquet and Israeli Dressing.
Music makes it hard to listen to. Too bad…
I really appreciate the enthusiasm but did you ever been in a 3 days shtf urban situation? Or at least triyng to live 3 days on your own in the city like a homeless? If one day you will do it, you will realise that half of all the stuff you carry there is useless and things you really need are missing.
Hey there cheers for the input. Nah I haven’t spent 3 days in a urban SHTF situation yet because my country is luckily not like that however things could change and nothing is certain, I have spent a good day out of a similar bag and I felt that in the given situation the equipment I have chosen will help the over all situation, not just the essentials for living but additional stuff to get through. Why have a small amount of stuff in a big bag for the bare essentials if you can bring more and are capable of lugging it around. However I do appreciate the feed back and I hope ya keep safe out there. 🤙
@@tmtactics6490 I can tell you, you don't need three radios with you, you don't need all those glow sticks, maybe not even the compass. The food is on the go, no use for all those cooking equipment. Take only ready to eat emergency food, enough for three days. The ear plugs may be your worst enemy. Ditch them. You need instead at least a poncho liner that can be transformed in a sleeping bag, a poncho is wellcome too, an universal key like the Knipex one heps you to have access in metro underground spaces. You need to think more seriously to update to a gas mask. And what I really missed was a good pairs of knee protections. I tell you all this because I was in this kind of situation. And I forgot. A flask of whiskey is a moral booster.
@@tmtactics6490 I think what Schiaucu Gabriel might be suggesting is to do a dry run practice bug out. Think of it as a three day mini holiday. This will at least give you an idea of what works and what don't. The important thing is to take notes the whole time. Memory has a habit of not remembering a situation exactly as it was. So write everything down, no matter how unimportant it may seem. You have a better start then most people. By the looks of the comments you got a lot of help. Remember, at the end of the day it's all about you and your loved ones safety and security.
That’s a good point cheers, I will be doing more dry run when I have the time available 💪
Hey mate some good points there, I’ll be sure to make some changes in a later video, thanks for your feed back 👍
🔥 fire??
It in the black pouches I pulled out specifically the one with the glow stick attached to it 😊
Food water shelter
You Carry that knife in most states your going to jail
Hey there, that is true however in NZ you can also get into trouble with carrying around any type of knife-without a good enough excuse. That means if you can say that for example you carry a pocket knife on you because you use it all the time and use it at work all the time etc then that’s fine, but even if you have something like a craft knife that you don’t have an excuse to carry around, you can get done with the police. Stay safe out there 🤙
As much as vlog was interesting get rid of that annoying background arcade music from the background. It is very distracting and I paused this several times and came back to watch it because of the music. This is the first time I have come across your channel and hope the other vlogs are without this music.
Thanks for that 👍
Sorry, thumbs down for background elevator music. Pet hate.
Hey that’s allgoods, I’m still learning what music to put and editing to do thanks for letting me know
That background noise is irritating
Thanks for the feed back ill keep it in mind when making new content 👌
"a light is a light" You lost me as soon as you said that.
That is in reference to me not needing to explain what you could use a light for as there are many ideas.
Soooooo basically a purse?
The urban ones are always the cringiest. In an "urban emergency" you need a sandwich, a water bottle, and a jacket.
Only thing cringe is your attempt to flex.
