Buffalo Chicken SLIDERS !!!

Today I am teaching you how to make
“BUFFALO CHICKEN SLIDERS” but I separated the recipe in 4 different Parts.
1. We will make chicken tenders
2.We will make” BLUE CHEESE” Dressing
3.We will make “BUFFALO WING” sauce
4.After all that I will show you how to assemble
& plate Them #basantstyle !!!
CHICKEN TENDERS:-
5 LBS Chicken Breast
2 Cups Butter Milk
4 EGGS ( whipped)
4 Cups Flour
2 TSP Salt
1 TSP BLACK Pepper
1 TSP Paprika
1 TSP Granulated Garlic
1 TSP Baking Soda
DEEP FRY FOR 6 TO 8 MINS IN DEEP FRYER SET @375
BLUE CHEESE DRESSING:-
2 Cups Mayo
1 Cup 1/2 & 1/2
1 Cup Crumbled Blue Cheese
4 TBL SPN Sour Cream
2 TBL SPN Lemon Juice
1 TSP SALT
1/2 TSP Sugar
1/2 TSP Granulated Garlic
1 TSP Black Pepper
BUFFALO WING SAUCE:-
1 Stick Butter ( unsalted)
1 Cup FRANKS RED HOT Sauce
Cook on LOW to MED Heat
