Di please help me and suggest me regarding visualisation.
Mujhe visualisation scene create krne me bahut problem ho rahi h.
Mere partner actually belongs to other religion. To mujhe samjh hi nhi aa Raha h ki kya scene visualize kru. Maine approx 1month Lga Dia. But finally ek scene par nhi concentrate kr Paa rahi hu Abhi tak.
Please koi scene btaiye.
1) Firstly maine socha ye visualize kru ki mere parents Maan gye h. But ye to bilkul bhi mind accept nhi kr Raha h parents ka manna for our marriage. But parents Ko include Krti hu to doubts increase hone lgte h..
2) Then maine ek scene visualize Kia ki mein aur mere partner unke bday pe hamari ek fixed favourite place par gye h Jahan hum special moments par hi jate h aur wahan kaise aur kya baatein kr rahe, kaise photo click kr rahe h, smile kr rahe h.
I hope aap smjh gye honge mere mind me kya khichdi Pak rahi h.
Please suggest me a good scene jo mein visualize kru ki mind me parents ka na manne wala doubt bhi na aaye aur visualisation me bhi acha lage mujhe.

I replied you in one of your comments. Crux is that Attachment causes repulsion. Just focus on feeling good and vibrating at the level of love and peace. Focus on your growth and always walk with a feeling that you will only get what is best for you and there will no obstacles in getting your dream life. If you can’t visualise specific things, go general, just listen to soothing songs, pamper yourself, feel the love inside you and you will attract more and more love.

I am actually in depression because of the brickbat or crticism by my family members and villagers even that so withstanding spinal cord injury. No, but when I was four, my father used to play osho on a cassette. When I grew up, I had a natural inclination towards spirituality and when I discussed it with my father he was surprised that I had a lot similar thoughts like Osho. A lot of things started getting clear after I started meditating, I am still learning. I don't listen to Osho because that way I won't be able to distinguish my experience and my thoughts from his. I want to share only the things I have experienced myself.
