    Do not knife edge ports in cylinder.... im out... pfffff

      Yep... thought most all 2-stroke tuners knew NOT to knife edge main/aux dividing wall leading edges. Air flow is anything but Laminar at that point, flowing in and across those knifed edges from several angles. This causes even more turbulence and terrible flow separation right at that edge. You want softly ROUNDED edges on those dividers to enhance flow directions coming from multiple different angles, which enhances air flow... not decrease flow as knifed edges always do. That cylinder is now totally FU'd UP. Best to start over...

      Exactly what Eva Ork said... NEVER "knife edge" transfer port wall leading edges. Same exact reason why subsonic aircraft have round leading edges, and NEVER Knife edged. Look it up...

      Oops, it's been awhile since I've seen this video. Maybe you guys should search a little more and find this port job in its completed form. These ports are rough cut. Not finished yet.
