- This Is How You Should Hide Cables | Easy DIY Project Anyone Can Do
Do you hate cable managing as much as I do? It's so time consuming, and it seems whenever I need to switch out or add a cable it becomes a big ordeal of re-managing everything. That's why I thought to install a backboard that would hide all my cable and power strips. This project is incredibly easy and would have cost me way less than $100 had I not messed up on my first attempt and had to go back to Lowes.

came out great gave a like friend. I have same desk build to lol. Its mine the ikea Krably desk 74 length
Thanks for the support! My desk top it a slab from Lowe’s. Kinda wishing I got one from IKEA because it was more work to save and stain and I definitely feel the IKEA top would have come out looking richer in color lol
@@MoonRiderTech yeah looks 👍 Well, you know where to find my desk. Videos and pics

@@MoonRiderTech you deserve it much love❤️❤️
cant u just put a sheet of white wood inbetween your alex drawes infront of your cables?
Could but the corrugated plastic is lighter and more flexible. With wood you’d have to screw it to studs and the heads would probably show. Also it’s much easier to bend a plastic sheet around desk legs so I don’t need to completely pull my desk away too far to set it up. The plastic may not be the best solution but it does have some advantages.
