🔶️ Rachel's Tomb is a building located in the northern entrances of Bethlehem, south of Jerusalem, between the Gila and Har Huma neighborhoods, which is under Israeli control (through a narrow fenced corridor). Ancient traditions of over 1,700 years identify the place as the site where Rachel Amno was buried, and for that reason it is considered a holy place in the eyes of Jews, Christians and Muslims.
Over the generations, the tombstone at the site and the building above it have undergone many changes that are documented in the extensive travel literature.
The appearance of the tomb structure was one of the famous symbols of the Land of Israel, and it appeared on Jewish art objects, stamps and holy books.

That's Joseph and Benjamin's mother, who Leah's children sold their brother Joseph into slavery, because he told them of the dream that he had. But nothing can stop or hindered the purpose of God. It happened just as God said it. The sun, moon and stars bowed down before him, Joseph.
Why make so much of Rachel? She had a difficult time getting pregnant and the second one killed her. I'd be at Leah's tomb. She gave birth to 11 (ELEVEN!) Of the twelve tribes of Israel. Now that's some woman!❤
Leah had 7 children: 6 sons and one daughter. The remaining children of Jacob were borne by the concubines, Bilhah and Zilpah. I think the fact that Rachel struggled to have children makes her more relatable to women who are praying for children.
