Hi Guys. I think you need to connect the Body Control Modul, to turn off the alarm. The BCM operates a lot of the other units/moduls in the car.
Most of the time the key is programmed to the BCM
yeah whoever disconnected it probably attempted to turn the alarm off that way
Alarm is probably going off due to week battery.
The builds are getting better and better as time goes on well done boys.

That bullet appears to be larger than 9mm. My guess is a .45ACP or larger. That is a big bullet. You identified prior damage that was fixed. The police might be interested in the history of this ride.

I think if you plug the body control module in the alarm should go off and your key fob might even work
The BCM being taken out and SRS missing, its possible the investigators were looking for EDR data about the speed and more about what happened. Most likely the investigators (accident reconstruction engineers) pulled out those modules at the yard after photos. I doubt think anyone was trying to steal any components.

Normally when cars are shot at they are involved with other major crimes. Police will try to find data from GPS onboard, or retrieve a device installed by the police on vehicle.
Modules will store Data as speed, position, driver inputs, and car data.
All data is useful to find the truth.

Police can also pull tons of info just from the infotainment system. Phones connected, messages, GPS data, etc.

Rolled into the water after hitting a rock jetty on the left side, how do you explain the rips tears and punctures, also run a K9 drug dog around it and see if it alerts
Probably just poorly wrapped. There would be a water line if it was submerged
@@johnlooney9570 the entire interior is muddy, and the pattern left on everything looks just like water from leaving the windows down.

The previous owner was a target and if you drive around where this car is from chances are you'll get some new holes in the car . It's a rough build and it's not better looking than the Jeep IMO.
If only there was footage of its final ride before getting salvaged…She sure has a story to tell!

My guess would be the transporter made himself an extra three or four grand selling the electronics. But I could be wrong.
The rear door could have also been open when it was shot since there is no obvious entrance. Maybe the rear passenger tried to escape as the bullets were flying

I understand that repairing the Lambo doesn’t have to pencil out, because if you milk it 4-5 months and take in 100k per month, it’s just the cost of doing business. What I am surprised about is the quality of work. A buddy who was able to get a close inspection at the dealership on the blue 911 said the vehicle was one big piece of crap. From the body and paint work to the interior. He’s worked at the dealership a number of years and laughingly said it wasn’t worth ten cents on the dollar.
You boys have a nice gig going until the followers find out what you don’t know.
If you take a length of dowel put one end into the bullet hole, you should be able to work out what angle and where the bullet entered the car
Most likely was police chase and with how the interior was they were pulling data about the accident from the srs module. Shots were fired so it appears the bullets came in ds rear window and out the PS front window
they couldve only done that before removing the bullet, no?
