At a stop sign you are not only required to make a complete stop, but you also can only proceed when it is clear to go. Since you guys did not have a stop sign, you had no requirement to stop and the accident is all her fault. She clearly left the stop sign before it was clear for her to go. Tell Karen to learn how to drive, everyone does not have to bow before her, that isn't how the world works.

But when she went (on the wrong side of the road) they should have seen her when they turned in, and by law, since she already obeyed the stop sign to the fullest extent of the law, they were supposed to stop and not hit her. There was nothing nice about that lady. She was trying to gaslight Luke and Kyle into leaving without exchanging information when the police were on the way and to convince them that there was no accident when the lady clearly hit them and was in the wrong. She was probably the lady's friend. If they would have left they would have had to pay to fix the car them self. Lucky they are too smart for that.

This isn't a criminal issue, it's a driving infraction. You actually can't get cited for running stop signs on private property, so there really isn't any point for the police to show up to a fender bender that occurred on private property as a result of someone running a private stop sign. If you feel the other party is at fault for the accident, you can file a civil suit and let the court decide if they owe you for the damages, but there isn't any point for a police officer to be involved in that.
Only way to protect you from crazy Karen’s is to setup a dashcam, dude Kyle u gotta get one. Nowadays it’s freakin needed. So it’s not she said he said. Insurance and police will both except video evidence, so please install one for the future🤙🏼
