I wish that when I visited Kim son in the past they had all the selections that you are having are having and showing us now every time when I would visit kimson buffet in the past they would have minimal of what you are showing us now. This place had so many choices, and good choices plus all you can eat crawfish. Last Friday I boiled shrimp. Sunday I boiled crabs. Wednesday going to "The Cajun Ninja's" house for photo shoot and boiling several sacks of crawfish. Louisiana is the boiling capital of the world when it comes to boiled seafood lol. We get it fresh almost year round on some items. As far as that Pho my son buys it from somewhere in Louisiana by the case. Chicken, Beef , and Pork I think. He always shares it with us. I noticed you eat the whole shrimp, shell and all. I follow "All You Can Vegas" and his wife does the same thing. I think she is from the Philippines. I guess it is tradition in those areas. The only thing I wished about this place was that kids 6 and under eat free or even lower that price. They do not eat much. None of the places in my town or surrounding areas do "All You Can Eat Crawfish" They would go out of business. When I boil seafood I go all out. Besides the seasonings I add onions, potatoes, lemons, oranges, celery, garlic, smoked sausage, hot dogs, mushrooms, carrots, and sometimes even eggs. When I shut the fire off to let the crawfish soak i add frozen corn. Some people add ice I use the corn and it comes out perfect. I also at the end wrap hot tamales in foil and drop them in. I also make a homemade dip which is a big hit. My son will be coming out with a cookbook this year. He will probably have his dip recipe in it. This was an awesome video. You should start incorporating your wife in your videos a little at a time. Great Job on this one!

David, their food looks pretty good. You know as an Asian I would focus my eating on all the seafood and the steak rather than those carbs. 😊😊😊 Besides that the selection of fresh cooked seafood is pretty nice! Here in North Carolina we have the ALL YOU CAN EAT BUFFET with crawfish and all for less than $15 dollars per person, but don't bring it to your table. It is all on the buffet. Also, by watching your video, I would not go during this, Covid, time. Simply is that I don't see people wearing masks or using gloves go onto the buffet. Having Covid is no joke man! Since you have little ones I would not recommend on doing it. We have friends that had Covid and he was out of work for 2 months. So good luck to you guys and cheers to you man!

Your much welcome! So here in North Carolina we have the live crawfish and especially in seafood markets you can also preorder them and they will have it to you during season. We are also very close to the coast and the low country areas. So fresh seafood is not a problem for us.
So we live here in Charlotte, North Carolina and almost every Chinese buffet have crawfish during their dinner hours such as Hibachi Buffet on Independence Blvd., River Buffet Hibachi and Grill at University, Tin Tin Buffet on Park Road, Jasmine Buffet South End. Now there are a lot more good ones in Greensboro and Raleigh area where the asian population are perhaps bigger do to large universities in the area.
So the last time that I ordered raw crawfish it was $6.99 lb but and I've also seen it at $5.99. It all depends on which seafood market you go to. Now there is a place that I would recommend but not sure if you all will like this place or nor but it's called William's Soul Food it's at Waterboro, South Carolina. They only have take out. Prior to the pandemic my wife and I would call in on our way down to the beach and order a whole sheet tray of low country boil it cost around $70 dollars and we would take it to the beach and eat it there. But you know I have to be extra and make me some steamed rice and asian Roman noodles and put the sauce in my rice and noodles. 😊😊😊

Well that prime rib looked as good as anything you're going to get here in Reno or Vegas for that matter. And always get au jus and the horseradish sauce. It's been a long time since I had escargot, so I would definitely try that. Along with some crab squid and at least 6 lb of crawfish. Did you ever find out if those were frozen and already cooked or were they raw and cooked on premises? I have to get a little bit of the beef and broccoli, and also a few different types of shrimp. Just for the amount of crawfish that I would put away I've already gotten my money's worth. 🤣🤣🤣😎😛

I don't know if you heard about this but Texas Parks and Wildlife has closed most of the oyster fisheries on the Texas coast so I haven't had any this year. I usually get them from FRSH Seafood Market and grill them at home .. for crawfish..there's shop inside HK4 that I go to since like 2005..its used to be Crawfish and Beignet but they sold it so its Nick's Crawfish now 11205 Bellaire Blvd, Houston, TX 77072.there's also Crawfish Cafe in the same mall..if you have time you should go to Boyd's One Stop..cheap crawfish w/ a view
