I actually bought a510 after your first video when it was released, it is pretty good dashcam probably the best in its price band and thanks for the suggestion... keep making such informative videos on all products please!!

Definitely A510 is ahead of the qubo starvis 2 makes a lot of sense to go with considering the price of these two

Nope. No other camera in this price range performs better than A510. Currently its the only camera in the world which get starvis2 sensor in that price range.
Good Comparison, Brief and Accurate. Also share video of installation hardwired vs usb/spark plug connection...because in ev cars. One cannot add anthing in electric wiring.

I have read some reviews that A510 app doesn’t allow you live feed of rear camera…. Is it true? And do you think it will be fixed through update?

Heating of dashcams is normal. Especially the dashcams which record in high resolution. Nothing to be extremely concerned about.

Feels like the qubo lens is smudged. The difference is that stark.

You can add both cameras in the same app, but cannot 'access' it simultaneously. Each camera can be accessed separately within the same app.

That's normal. Almost all dashcams get hot while recording high resolution videos. Nothing to be too concerned about. Use without worries.

Definitely qubo has bad image quality, however the problem is Amazon leading reseller of this product does not allow any kind of negative remarks about this product

Both are completely different price segments. Also, A229 Pro is 4K. A510 is 3K. So clearly, A229 Pro footage will much much sharper in comparison.

A229 Plus is 25K. A510 is 13K. So in terms of value for money, A510 is better.
A229 Plus has Dual Starvis 2 sensors (Rear camera has Starvis2 sensor) with 2K resolution. A510 doesn't have Starvis2 in rear and gets only 1080FHD resolution.
So in terms of better overall video quality, A229 Plus will be better.

I am not happy with the day light video footage from Qubo 4k front dashcam. The footage has lots of jello effect. Even for minor undulations and bumps on the road, the footage is quite a bit wobbly. Suprpirsingly the night footage is less wobbly.

Is Starvis technology superior to IMX?
Starvis 2 or Starvis 1 is sensor technology. IMX is the model number.
Both apply to the same thing.
For example:
Starvis 2 IMX678 is 8MP sensor and Starvis 2 IMX675 is 5MP sensor.
Starvis 1 IMX415 is previous gen sensor.
So Starvis and IMX are not different.

Not necessarily. IMX is the model name of Starvis sensor. Applies to both Starvis and Starvis 2.
Just know that Starvis 2 is superior to Starvis. Don't think of IMX aspect. It's unrelated
