7. Keep stirring the mixture until it reaches a very thick consistency and starts leaving the sides of the pan. It should resemble a sticky paste.
8. Grease a flat tray or plate with ghee. Make sure the tray has raised edges to prevent the mixture from overflowing.
9. Pour the thick mango mixture onto the greased tray and spread it evenly using a spatula or the back of a spoon. Try to keep the thickness uniform.
10. Allow the mixture to cool down completely at room temperature for several hours or overnight. It should solidify and become firm.
11. Once the Aam Papad has completely set, cut it into desired shapes-either squares, rectangles, or diamonds.
12. Remove the cut pieces from the tray and store them in an airtight container.
13. Your homemade Aam Papad is ready to be enjoyed! You can serve it as a snack or a dessert.
Note: Aam Papad can be stored at room temperature for a few weeks. If you want to store it for a longer period, it is recommended to refrigerate it.
