Man, it's gonna be bittersweet when you're done (for me watching). I've followed you from the beginning and loved every one, you are a rock star!

Well the shoes have been abused but they will do just fine to the end. Will be great to see your happy smiling face on of the final mountain Katahdin.

The heat and humidity take the fun out of the hike
. At least you are almost finished.👍

Good morning Andrew! The shoe companies must do really well with the Appalachian trail 😅 Maybe a little duck tape will hold you over. 😉 Beautiful area and views. Good thing it was only your shoes in the water and not your cell phone. 😉 Have you ever wondered why so many people would torture themselves just to walk a trail? 😅 Happy Trails! 🚶 🏕 🍳 🔥 😊♥ 🙏 Have a great day! 😉

Trails End in the distance. Relief from the brutal insects must have been bittersweet at the terminus.

The end is in sight, but will those trail shoes hold out? 😮

Good video with some good views, not before Mt Katahdin, so let's keep on hiking 😊

I am really curious about the Mt. K stretch & finish. Is I true that there is a difficult path and a less difficult path?

I don't mean to be "preachy," but your videos (especially today's) brought a section of the Bhagavad Gita to mind:
"O son of Kuntī, the nonpermanent appearance of happiness and distress, and their disappearance in due course, are like the appearance and disappearance of winter and summer seasons. They arise from sense perception, O scion of Bharata, and one must learn to tolerate them without being disturbed. O best among men [Arjuna], the person who is not disturbed by happiness and distress and is steady in both is certainly eligible for liberation." 2.14-15
    Keep on hiking!
