Mashallah Mashallah mabrook welcome i know for sure it's gluten free but may also have dairy free you can go on their Facebook page and see what's there. or contact them by phone the keto rockets is dairy free.but you can get non dairy in the supermarkets carrefour spinneys mahllawy lulu etc...

Also I would say it depends what you want out if here first. If it's quran and Arabic nasr City is really the option as most places are there.then once you finished you can move to new cairo which is calmer and greener.rehab is green and full of foreigners now too.but quiet pricey specially now as everything has gone so expensive.
For the hadith that great my daughter will be very happy I keep pushing her to finish it but she gone shy she goes noooooo I don't want to lool.I'm like grrrrrr you'll gain so much reward😅😅😅😅.lol have a good day
