The CBR1000rr is a great streetbike. Lightweight and plenty of power out of the box, but what happens when you add a slip-on to that CBR1000rr? Very solid gains to be pretty stock accept the slip on. Personally I think those CBR’s are heavily underrated. Understanding that model isn’t a top end monster but I do believe with the right modifications, and rider they can hang with the best of em. Nicely done E
We had one a while ago with full akra, chain and speocket kit, airbox mods, etc and laid out 187whp on pump gas! Now that is a contender 💪💪

I just got a used 2011 CBR250R with a yoshimura tuner and "pim-2" as my first bike - I have only the faintest idea of what either of those do and no clue how to maintain/adjust. Previous owner added a bunch of mods but barely rode it, it's only at 1600 miles. Any idea where i could find info or a manual on either of these? Thanks and great video!
I'm not very familiar with those to be honest. Most are simplistic tuning programs that do generalized changes over broad rpm ranges and throttle positions. I'm not sure where to really find that info either. Usually we google search those to gather info then make a few calls to get the ball rolling on it all.

We Drilled out the oem cat. We just didn't want to publicly announce it in video since it goes against epa standards 😒
@@provenpowercycles Oh yeah I get it. That was my guess and I was also thinking that you decided not to include it but yeah, I believe a lot of shops do that as well specially with welded cats. Even here in Manila, a lot of shops resort to drilling out the cat.
Did you remove the air intake restrictors?
Not on this bike. He is debating going a little deeper next time with filter and removing those. Along with a chain and sprocket kit. It should do pretty good with those mods.
We did one very similar to this with removing those, and high flow filter and it made 171whp. 🙌
