- Building My Dream Duck Hunting Blind! Snake Swamp Part 3
On this video, I head back into the snake swamp! We work unbelievably hard to get all the supplies into the swamp and get the blind up and ready to get the ducks! Building this duck hunting blind was a huge project and I'm and so excited to duck hunt out of it come this fall!

Love the offseason grind it makes you appreciate the season way more
Heck ya we are ready!
The definition of a Bay is "an inlet to the sea where the land bends." I would take a gander that you guys are pretty far from the sea.
😂😂 bro don’t ruin the name with your logic
@@DuckGunChronicles 😆😆
Coming together not looking bad . That whole looks good has Ducks wrote all over it . Nice Jordan
That intro though. Straight fire
Haha thanks man! Glad you enjoyed it
Should drill in some stabilizers on the sides of the blind and drive some post down into the mud and it stop the blind from being so bouncy. Looks great!!!
Great video, cant wait to see how your season goes. I'm pretty pumped to say the least for you guys.
Thanks man! Me too I hope its a great season!
Need to get me a pair of them waders 😂
Haha do it
Can't wait for the epic hunt to come.
New sub love the content
The cut off waders had me lol😂😂
lol that's swampy man for ya!
Note to self, do this stuff after season while its still cold lol
😂😂
Hi Jordan. Love your videos and content. Subscriber for 4 years. I’m a NY/VT border lifetime waterfowler. That’s a dream woodie hole. Thanks for the vid. Wood must have been $$$
😳
Awesome man that super cool to hear! Haha man I think I got $800 into the build 😭😭
Looks awesome! Gonna be a good spot to make memories
Definitely! I'm pumped for it
If you live in Ms we should go duck hunt some time
This is great !!!! You go !!
Thanks! Man it was killer but we got it done
That was some serious progress in one video! In that heat I couldn’t even imagine. Sick blind! Have never seen that with the floating barrels
Heck ya! Workin hard everyday lol I hope it works great!
My dog has basically a dog house attached to the side the blind with a ramp and entrance in front and an entrance into the shoot house on the side that attaches to the blind. He He brings the birds to me through the side entrance. That way he is covered and he isn't shakin all over everything. I can send you pics. Badass blind build brother, dedicated... Hope yall stack bodies out of it this year. Open invitation to my private honey holes in Mo anytime... I have dog launches on either side if the shoot house, so we can run multiple retrievers...
Nice man stay hydrated
Haha ya that was part of the issue
Awesome video Jordo! Blind looks great and seems super steady too
Nice job!! Can’t wait to see it in action 👍🏻!!
You and me both!
Good thing you guys had a supervisor with you. Haha ;)
Haha gotta get the work done!
I know what you mean. I put together a Waterfowl class and mentorship program. That is taking place on Saturday. So I'm working on that plus all my other stuff. Haha o well it's all exciting and helps with/then increases anticipation as seasons grows closer!
@@bachsoutdooradventures heck ya man 🤙
Jordon your videos are smashing, enjoying the content man
Thanks man! I’ll keep em rolling out 🤙🤙
Was she a good supervisor? Awesome job. Hard work typically pays off.
Wader jorts🤘
Wader neorts
Haha coming soon 😂
Definitely want to close those holes up some or make some flip doors
Ya I was thinking I would see what it looks like after brushing Mayb make flip doora
Good work Jordan!
Thanks man!
In depth decoy review would be solid
Good idea!
It seems like your facing it backwards. Spin it around so your facing open water on 3 sides
I hunt on the river and we just pound the wood in the mud then it stays off the water couple feet
How are the barrels secured to the blind
The effort you put into this is remarkable, one tip, I would of used treated decking for the the base of the blind, leave a 1/8” gap between each board allow the water to drain through. Floor would not need as many stringers and it would not be bouncy.
Ya that's a solid idea. plywood was faster.. but boards would have been better in the long run
Tell swamp man Zack we’ll make room for him on the two day split but he has to wear those waders 😂
Lol man last year was so cool he’d died 😂
