Rally's is a chain, so you're not helping anyone but "The Man". If there were mom and pop places, you are spot on about that. Italian too. When you can go to someone's place to help them from struggling, even a little bit, it is great!

Checkers second window is for when you have a passenger. Drivers started using it to get faster service. They just needed to crawl over the passenger seat to finish the transaction. Now they use it for the app. I love BBQ brisket. Yummy
I am having flashbacks to every time I have ordered a slushy anywhere. The Target one never worked; the movie theaters would always have problem with one or more flavors; so many problems! When I saw the subject line - I was like, wait, Kevin is ordering a slushy. i remember when Checkers was really good. burgers were bigger and had a real distinct taste of being peppery. through the years they just got smaller and cheaper tasting and I quit going because it was always disappointing.
When it comes to BBQ, I think that patronizing you local businesses is the way to go. Sure, it costs more, but its worth it.
