Have you tried neurographic art? What other kinds of art therapy do you do? And let me know if you drew along with me in this video. I'd love to hear how you felt after your drawing.

Have auto immune disorders too & yes, stress & allergens set it all off! My brain gets stuck & longer flare-up lasts, the worse it gets in my head. I can't get out of my own head to escape! My flare-up has been ongoing for 2yrs...guess that makes it my normal now. Husband is exact opposite of helpful, supportive ~ he chooses to cause flare-ups & maintains them. Keeps me from being able to leave, so is a "control thing". I never knew flare-ups could last so long! Let the stress behind it get to me & it just got worse...he didn't let up (even now) & I can't get away.
I just subscribed, so can see & hear more of what you think & do to help yourself. Plus, relaxing art that doesn't take much room cuz' I don't have any space of my own in house. (Part of problem.) I don't yet understand the neuro help it provides, but believe it can -- brain is an amazing thing! Next time, I will hopefully, be able to try to do it with you.
I wish you peace & better air so you can also get outside for a bit. "Trapped" is a lousy way to feel!
Thank you for making this video & looking forward to understanding this better!! After 40yrs with this man, am "stuck" & need to find some inner peace... haven't been able to yet. (He wasn't like this whole 40yrs, just last 10 really, but my immune system is now his best weapon, as they both work well in tandem, against me. Extreme fatigue means I do get some relief cuz' sleep so darn much.
But, need to be awake cuz am so far behind on sh*t I need to get done! If can be awake & not stressed, or take control of it for a little while, it's a start...yes?
    Thank you. C U soon... ☀️

Thank you so much for watching and for your comment. Yes, I don’t think I explained the neuro connection well in this video. I can make a short talking video and go through that again.
And yes, finding ways to de-stress is the best thing I can do for my immune and nervous systems. I have found working at that level has far more significant and long-lasting benefits for me. It does get frustrating, that loss of control feeling, but again, I know that’s just a narrative. We always have room to take some kind of action, just a matter of whether we’re willing to deal with the consequences of those actions.
I do hope you’re able to find peace at home. A stressful relationship can be so challenging on our health. Do let me know if you try the art exercise. I think when i do another of these videos, I’ll structure it differently, maybe start out saying what supplies you need to get and go from there so it’s easier to work along. I’m learning as I go here as far as the video.
Take care. All the best to you. Look for a short video next week explaining more of the neuro connection behind healing and art.

This looks quite healing. I am exploring art therapy, and I will certainly be trying this!! PS - I have multiple sclerosis; I was diagnosed at 21 years old. In my (immature) mind, I refused to give in to it. I’ve been incredibly blessed that my health has been relatively good. I chalk it up to my stubborn nature serving me in this case!! I do hope you’re feeling better soon!! 🙏🏻❤️🙏🏻. Om shanti om.

I’m glad you liked it. Please let me know how it goes if you try it.
I love your attitude about living with MS! I know for my own journey, mindset really is everything.
Thanks so much for watching and for your comment. Take care :)
