He wisely followed in the wake of a larger vessel. No big deal.
They did pass on the right which is correct on the water. They did not signal their passing as they were coming up on the pass, which is a violation.

The PP canal is easy to navigate if you violate the law and disregard the no wake zone. Which he clearly is. If this was me, I wouldnt want this plastered all over Utube

From the videos I have seen from the different inlets, many people don't know or ignore the rules. Is there anyone to Police it?

Doesn’t appear that way just by looking at all the other boats
Seems like under certain conditions the canal would be unsafe to navigate at speeds slow enough to not leave a wake.
