But my grandma told me years ago that, it’s better to have 10 wonderful close friends than to have 50 so called friends. You spend time with family and take vacations and enjoy yourself. Please don’t say you’re sorry for your tears . When you loose a loved one tears are better out than in. I lost my sister almost 3 years ago & my brother 2 years ago. Certain memories or objects tigger tears to this day. But what a glorious day when we reunite with our loved ones in heaven someday.

i think the dresses look amazing on you and love the length, you will get used to dresses just keep putting them on and soon you will look in the mirror and say i love it lol. like you i wore capris and trousers all day every day , it took me about 6 to 12 months of pushing my self to wear them on cruises as there easy to pack and don't take up much room. i now wear dresses for most of the summer and love them. I'm very self conscious of my dresses blowing up that i wear bike shorts underneath just in case 😂😂😂.

I am going to be perfectly honest with you Arlynn. I like a lot of what you do but I am not one to decorate every corner and every table covered with decor. Your bows are the BEST and so are your wreaths. Do your Christmas in October I get all kinds of ideas from your channel and it gives me time to get what I need to do something similar.

Hi Arlyn....you look so pretty today. I understand how it is trying to stay enthusiastic about doing crafting and decorating, especially as one ages. ILl be 75 in November and dont have the strength to lift and push furniture around . I m starting to purge many things . Hubby and I will celebrate our 50 th anniversary on the 20 th and dont want a big party. We hope go somewhere not too far. Life together has been great. We are doting grandparents to two grandsons, who complete us. Glad we traveled throughout the USA and lower Canada and been in the Alaskan Cruise and Caribbean while we were younger. Im glad you and Chris take adventures together. Our favorite spot to recharge is the Rocky mountains. Perhaps next year....... Sending light and love and look for a better earth soon.

Arlynn, may I make a suggestion to maybe be helpful, for fall do like a blast from the past and show your past fall decor. You could voice over and expand what you did and maybe you could do like try this idea. Plus, I know I have hit a plateau on my weight journey and ready to throw in the towel. Please don't leave us, you are one of the best. I have learned a lot from you. I love making your funky bows. Your dresses look beautiful on you. You need to keep them. I'm stuck in the 70's with my makeup. I use blue, green and black mascara. I have hazel eyes. However these younger girls compliment me all the time. I'm definitely not good at makeup, but I try. I'm like you an older woman, I will soon be 67 and boy does the old body sure change after 50. Take time to deal with your grief and come visit with us as you feel like it. Just don't leave us, please.

I used to work in the beauty hall, of a department store, i was a fragrance consultant, for all the high end brands, Marc Jacobs, Calvin Klein, viv westwood, Gucci Davidoff, Ballenciaga to mention a few, i loved it, and also did counter cover on guerlain Dior Lancome, Elizabeth Arden , YSL never did clinique, and never tried there products, dont quite know why, and retired now, foundation i wear Estee Lauder double wear, various brand lipsticks,
I can understand the anxiety you feel in doing a full fall decor series, as its alot of work, and quite daunting at times, dont put pressure on yourself, do what you feel comfortable doing, plus your away on vacation, and have alot of things going on, so i have a suggestion, if you dont mind an idea i should say, your mantel with the cascading greenery , which is gorgeous,how about keeping that in place and putting some fall into that, and couple of things on the hearth, and leave it there.

Ike the two dresses! They truly look nice on you!! I am 69 and I love dresses!! When it is really hot they are so cool! I love to wear anything from flip flops,tennis shoes to wedges with them. Dress them up and down!! Don’t worry about less decorating. I don’t do near as much as I use to. We will be here for whatever and whenever you decide to share your talents and life with us. Now, that sounds GREAT!!! 🎃♥Someone just suggested that I utilize the greenery garland that Stacey and I made with the pool noodle and just add a little Fall to it and on the mantel and call it a day. Maybe a few outdoor decor items and poof, that might just be it. NOW if you and I can hold ourselves to these ideas, we will have accomplished a huge goal Joe!! 👏🏻👍🏻
