The "Horrid" financial conditions falls on Tebas. It's impossible for a team that is in Quarterfinals and it is top 4 in reveneues to be able to spend less money that West Brom. Xavi is doing all this while having an squad full of injury prone players and also having all the media against him. He also has no CDM and will play the second leg without one.

@@CristianmirabalWuno no no. (Btw I do watch football.) Our financial situation is down to Bartomeu not La liga/Tebas. La liga has disingenuously tried to 'help' us financially. And I say disingenuously because of deals like CVC which they tried to push in our faces. The issue with la liga is that their stupid ffp rules which dictates how revenue should be generated, what revenue are to be put on books, how revenue should be spent etc. That firstly does not good for la liga and it also hurts barca, betis, granada and other clubs like maybe Sevilla. Not only that but i kinda think Tebas bends the rule for Perez. Why do I say that? Well you may know that barca is the best club in Europe (folowed by united) as it relates to income through matchday revenue, shirt sales etc. It think madrid are 3rd or 4th as it relates to that. What you may also recall in that during the period January 2018 -December 2023 Barcelona had genrated more income than madrid ( and also spent all of it) and madrid spent over 90 mil on hazard, and around 20-30 mill on Rodrygo. Signed Bellingham with an hefty amount and are still allowed as far as la liga can see to afford mbappe and his wages of 1.1 mill every week. You may say they have not done much spendi g but when you take a look at their wage bill it is kinda crazy imo. It is not that far from barca's wage bill but it is still excessive and i would not supposed madrid has got that money. Hence i think la liga favours madrid as it relates to bending ffp but not other clubs like barca who these days have drastically improved from what our finances was about 3 years/4 years ago. It is then a message i preach again. La Liga need to losen their ffp restrictions.

When spurs made champions league final on the semi final they lost home game 1-0 and was 2-2 in second leg - so they were going out as 3-2 down on aggregate - they then scored in last minute so instead of that goal levelling the tie and extra time it was actually a winner as won by scoring 3 goals away while Ajax only scored one - both have advances and disadvantages - would often get a team just defending and drawing home leg 0-0 if they managed get a 1-1 draw away

I don't think Xavi should remain as Barca manager, I think he should still leave when he season ends, because what if it becomes unbearable again than what? 😂. So for me, I would allow him to leave and maybe bring in Nagelsmann or a young good coach That can take us up immediately.

Please get rid of Craig Burley from Extra Time. A good analyst, knows his football, but an absolute bore in a wider social setting. Extra time is not the Craig Burley show. Why do you let him talk over the others and make comments about his personal life? Great show except for him.
