I am 40 years old and suffering from rhinitis (runny nose, sneezing, wheezing, cough, headache fever since 4 year. I done operations of sinus still same problem I have been taking medication for the past many year they only give injectio painkiller tablet and allergy tablet livocitrizin and antibiotics tablets, but when I accidentally delay taking the medication, the symptoms return and become worse to handle. Do I have to take medication for the rest of my life or is there a cure? They say u have allergy and want to test allergy and when I take bath from.head I started fever problem and also I used oil for head then also fever start regularly headache and fever and throat infection

छींके आना बहुत अच्छा रहता है इसे रोकना नहीं चाहिए छींके आने से सांस की नलियां खुली रहती हैं, माइग्रेन का दर्द भी नहीं होगा,इसको रोकने की कोशिश करोगे तो सांस लेने में दिक्कत हो जायेगी💯
दो तीन छींकों तक तो ठीक है सारा दिन छींकें आएंगी तब तो कोई इलाज करवाना ही पड़ेगा ना।हम भारतीय हैं थोड़ी बहुत प्राब्लम को तो कुछ समझते ही नहीं।जब जान पर बन आती है तभी डाक्टर के पास जाते हैं।
