500ml of Milk of Choice
40g of Greek Yogurt
10g Sugar Free Cheesecake Pudding Mix
25g Sugar Free Strawberry Preserves
15g Zero Cal Sweetener
1 Scoop of Strawberry Shortcake Protein
1 Scoop of Vanilla Ice Cream Whey
5g Zanthum Gum (OPTIONAL)

Instead of using the second whey, give casein a try instead. It creates a denser creamier texture.

Too much xanthan gum brotha. Less is more with that stuff use 1/2 tsp max, 1/4 tsp is what I use but you have a deluxe creami so 1/2 seems right
