Hi Onyinye. If you couldn't submit all the documents, you may have to wait for the next edition. Normally, you need to have all the required documents during the online application.

Draft it in French. There are multiple language options, therefore, your application can be in one of them.

You can write in the language options available on the call for the application; Portuguese, English, Spanish and French.

@@karlebh For the master's and doctorate levels, the call for applications are open ranging from June to November. Every University has its calendar. However, some Universities take twice per year- that is to say, they call for application every semester.
