1- limp home is very dangerous
2 - auxiliary battery problem but after replace its fine
3-battery connector are very bad
4- water leakage in back seat
5-its not good in rainy season

My Vida V1 Pro is dumped at Ranjeet Motors workshop for 'limp home' error within few days of buying...hardly 150 kms driven....brand new e -scooter.... company doesn't have single motor replacement nor any procedure to serve customers and 10-15 days is the minimum breakdown time at this service station at Thane with no customer care...or updates....still awaiting HERO service...what brand what service!!!!

Worst experience with my 5 month old vida V1 pro.
Wasted my hard earned money l, lot of problems in this scooter.
The major problem is limp mode activated any time while riding and scooter freeze on the spot, just i save from a major accident with a big trailer.... This scooter is a death machine.
Re think before purchase this scooter.

इस भाई ने सब सच कहा है मुझे 20 दिन मे ये सब प्रॉब्लेम आणा शुरु हुवा... और जब सर्विस सेंटर पे गया तो 1 महिना लग गया और बाद मे भी यही प्रॉब्लेम शुरु हुवे.. लिंप मोड सबसे बडी दिक्कत...
