    High level testing objectives and testing types go into the overall testplan. As do the risks and the finish line. The how question go on the strategy - it describes the overall approach to testing. The opposite of what you explained. People and timelines go into the testplan.

    Hi Brad ..video is very good ..could you give more detailed explanation . As test Plan also contains details like things in scope and not in Scope .. So its is but little confusing . Do have any document of test strategy which you could explain .
