@@carlosranara1143 I made a general mob farm in bedrock, and it's actually pointless IMO. Any items you get from it can be "gotten" from other farms way easier and faster. If you're looking for gunpowder, check out silents witch farm, FTW!

Absolutely amazing - I had the guardian farm set up, sea pickle perimeter and all, in drop mode. Converted to XP mode and it crushes my double blaze farm for XP output. About 5-6 minutes to level 30, including killing all the guardians (AFK overworld for 3-4 minutes then pop into nether to kill them). Thank you, keep up the amazing work on bedrock mechanics!
I built a zombie farm and I felt so proud and 30 seconds in the video I'm told that my zombie farm is garbage.
It's actually a good enough farm if you afk for a long time.

Mining quartz in the nether is a pretty good xp source for the start of a world
I considered testing that, but seeing as how you only get 3-5 exp per ore, which is less than one zombie or skeleton (5 exp each), i knew it was going to be very slow to get to level 30.
Duude try it because I got 30 levels in around 14-16 minuts (I dont know if my nether generation was too good or something) Love your video dude

I like the idea/sounds of that, but the practicality of that in survival is very low. It should be a great, mass source of EXP because you can just add more guys, but mansions are super damn rare and you'd need to go 100,000 blocks in no time. Again, still a great farm concept though:)

Btw you could use lingering potions instead of splash. Save time and resources by the same time. The only problem is you collecting dragon's breaths in the end but worth it at the end.

@Stalin I play alone. Normally I turn the farm on for three minutes and then go to the nether to kill the guardians. Although if I leave the farm running for too long then going to the nether becomes difficult.

I made a farm purely for fun that produces silverfish and puts them inside blocks that are stored in a giant 9x12x11 mass that can be harvested for XP. It's incredibly un practical because you have to AFK for 3-4 hours to fill it up with blocks but once it's full it takes about a minute to break one of the blocks, hurt him, wait for a few to spawn, throw a poison potion and watch the chain reaction of silverfish spawns. Your computer will probably die but if it survives, you can finish them off with a damaging potion snd get to level 30-39 (depends on how many silverfish don't suffocate while exiting their block) in like one minute.
It's unbelievable impractical though. Lag monster, takes forever to fill up with blocks (and you have to stay within range of the spawner) and it's kind of a pain to build. Still fun though.

Simple furnace xp farms be like: 100 levels in 20 seconds, take it or leave it
If you don't run an XP furnace, you're probably on meth. They're so hilariously effective for so little effort.
Oh and they pair super well with a blaze farm. The only thing better than an XP furnace is one that fuels itself & provides spare blaze rods to boot. Being that this only works in Nether fortresses, you can probably run a wither skeleton farm from the same AFK platform.

It's been one year since i first saw this video and after all this time I can say without a doubt that my Guardian Farm is still my favorite part of my world ❤

I built my entire base around a double skeleton farm. About 4 chunks. When I'm not using it for xp or auto kill for bones, I've built a redstone system that is too complex to describe here.. but basically it funnels the skeletons to the surface using soul sand and pistons. It evenly distributes the skeletons into an obsidian wall surrounding a fake booby trapped house on the surface. Name tags even make the skeletons permanent. But with all the bone meal produced when not in defense mode, its able to power all of my underground farms. The entire base is self sufficient completely underground with no need to return to the surface. Even a village breeder. No matter where I am in the base, a skeleton spawner is running.

My friends and I produced a MASSIVE XP farm based off the XP storage mechanics, with about 23 furnaces. Got auto bamboo and cactus farms running, 4 stacks and one stack per minute respectively. Not quite enough to keep up with 23 furnaces, but if you let it build up the storage silos for a while you can keep it running for a long time. Now you've inspired me to test how long it takes to get to 30

DoodleZoo I don’t do realms that often but is there something different about realms? I know for a fact that the first time you kill the ender dragon it gives TONNNSS of exp, but every other time you kill it it gets less and less. Now whenever I respawn it and kill it I get like 15 levels only :/
I killed the dragon on realms with a bit of help but I landed the last hit and got dragon egg and full xp. I did it again, and had the same result. I know for a fact that nobody used commands to get a dragon egg every time so I thing that on realms theres high xp and dragon eggs every time
As I saw on a previous comment where you discussed about the Farming(mining) In the Nether
I really think it should be on the list as it gives a fair amount of xp quickly especially if you need it for something. It is up to your nether but sometimes it has really great amount of quartz, but it's your choice!

I recently used breeding to get all my gear enchanted. It took me a while to level up but it's really easy to start. Wheat farm, Cow pen, chicken pen.
Looting is recommended. If you don't use fire aspect then you can cook the food for extra exp.

Dude, love your vids. Good technical info for bedrock, which is only version I play. I started watching on your witch farm, subscribed, and have been equally impressed by further vids. I've made quite a few of your designs in my survival world: triple potato farm auto feeding 8 pair infinite villager breeder to witch farm, a 3 segment (stopped there due to lag) gold farm, and I even built your guardian farm (though it isn't too great cuz I'm too lazy to cave light around it).
OK, I hope you feel the props and love I'm giving cuz I'm gonna throw a constructive criticism your way. Don't hate me(this goes to your followers too). I challenge you to go back through your vids and count the number of times you say 'As Well'. Haha, not a big deal, just hits me weird. Love yah, keep up the awesome videos!

@@silentwisperer Windows 10 on PC actually, though I have the game for xb1 and 3ds. Relatively new to it, but got super cheap deals. The issue I think stems from watching mostly java playing youtubers like Avomance. Love the builds, but many aren't bedrock friendly. :-P I still need to try and make your slime farm cause sticky pistons are a pipe dream atm. Your skeleton farm works perfectly though!

In my bedrock survival I built a quad portal pig man farm that ticks the portals on and off to spawn pigmen WAY faster. With four kill chambers around afk spot and trident killers I get about thirty levels per minute. Only uses about 3 stacks of obsidian as well. Search up quad portal gold and exp farm to see the tutorial! It’s awesome

Did you know when a projectile is created by the player (shooting an arrow, throwing a potion) and you switch to a sword with X enchantments before it hits its target, the effects transfer over.
So basically Looting 3 and Smite 5 arrows and potions are things

I got xp from furnace array smelting stone, catus, sand chorus fruit, and all other junk, basically a super smelter for junk, but the xp is decent enough
The Guardian Farm has gotten so much better with the updates that have been coming out. Idk what they changed but it is absolutely INSANE now. Level 30 in 30 seconds to 1 minute.

bruh if the sweep attack is implemented in bedrock a lot of the mob farms will be as good as java
Snowballs + beds + water + iron pick = dead ender dragon and 60 levels in about ten min if your good enough
Just realised how blessed I was to have a double spawner (blazes in my world)
Did have to completely design my won farm for it as no CZcams guides had a build that worked for the spawner placements I had, was a fun project
A good cheap setup that can be good, thats super simple is you have 2 double chests next to eachother, you then have 4 hoppers coming out of the chest (so the items inside are taken away, into the hopper) then 4 furnaces under that, then 4 hoppers under the furnaces and finally a double chest.
To fuel the furnaces just go to the back of them, place 4 hoppers on the back with 2 double chests on them.
To collect the exp all you have to do is power the bottom hoppers with redstone.
To actually collect the exp you just take the thing out of the furnace (to get lots of exp just smelt a lot of stuff)

I have one...build a furnace system( chest hopper on top, side and bottom) smelt cactus until the entire chest below and hopper are filled with green dye and the furnace is full. Take the stack and everytime 1 smells take it, 0 to 30 in 1 second, 0 to 50 in 1 coal
It takes time to setup, but well worth it. Get a 0 tick cactus farm to help.
Add a lever to the hopper with coal so u dont pour coal in...if u let 2 smelt, it doesnt give the same xp, u also need to exit the furnace after each dye u grab.
Hope this makes sense, I can elaborate if needed. This has been present for years

I use potatoes for xp to mend stuff and that's more than I ever need. So much simpler than building a farm. If you set it up with a villager-powered farm that funnels down into your smokers it's all just there when you need it, mindless and effortless plus a good food source

Obviously, I had to try my farms for 0-30 which involved purposefully splatting and of course accidentally picking up level 7...twice... anyway: simple enderman farm ran about 10 minutes, forced update pigman farm (overworld) was about 7, but could have been better with a non mending looting 3 sword for getting enchanted drops that you can grindstone for xp, not to mention the rotten flesh trades. If the farm were allowed to ramp up ahead of time instead of a cold start, 0-30 in three minutes is possible. [tested: with the farm simply left on in the area for ten minutes, 0-30 took 2:14, an additional 7 levels were gained from grindstone swords. That said, things start getting laggy when 300 plus pigmen are hanging around, so this type of farm has to be cleared frequently. ]
My Semi-auto drowned farm is decent, the Tridents, Iron, and Gold is great though

I rush villager trading because of how op they are early game. Once the melon and pumpkin farm is built it just upgrades the trading hall into an xp farm. I go from trading sticks for emeralds to having emeralds for days while I farm xp, lol.
However I think I'm at a point where I need to start building the big farms now. First the Stray farm for wither skulls, then maybe the guardian farm

@@cre9774 a spawner will try to spawn anywhere from two to four mobs every 30 seconds, and seeing as how the cap of hostile mobs in single player is 70, a single spawner is perfectly fine in providing a fast enough source of mobs. Plus building the cages are super simple, and you don't have to light up the caves around you for the most part.
Also, idk if enderman farms work, because those don't rely on a spawn block. But those are like the best farms for xp.
i made the guardian farm and it is the best one. it took a bit of time but was totally worth it. I tried it on my survival worlds seed in a different creative word first and copied it in survival. If you stand in the farm for 10 seconds and enter the nether that’s 30 levels for you.
Luckily I found a double blaze spawner in this world I just started with my first portal. Really excited to start building around it.
I made an enderman farm on PC that gets me 30 levels in 3 minutes
PC is normally Java edition, unless it's windows 10 edition. And this video is bedrock edition. Legit every single mob has different xp drop rates for java and bedrock unfortunately.
30 levels in a minute I guess, just remove all the mending armor from the slots(they take some xp even when fully repaired)
If you are hardcore survival player, just play on Java. The Bedrock version isn't bad, it just kills the mood for farming and stuff like that. For example, I like to have lots of Beacons in my worlds. The best way to get the Iron for the pyramid is usually from iron farms. However since the recent 1.10 update, it really decreased the rates of iron golems from my iron farm which now pretty much useless. Dark room XP farms don't work either. (I understand the game is trying to be device friendly and all but still :( ....)

My bedrock world used to be a ps4 edition world and the world is crazy. There are 3 double blaze spawners within 200 blocks of 0,0 . There are also two ocean temples that are practically touching

there is actually a glitch on *MOBILE DEVICES* that allows you to get 30lvlXP in about 30 seconds! All you need to do is smelt an entire stack of ores (gold gives the best xp but iron is the cheapest to find and overall more efficient early game). Then try to tap the fully cooked stack of iron onto iron that is already in your inventory. Since the game cannot stack more than 64 items at a time, the smelted iron will pop back into the furnace, HOWEVER the XP is instantly given to you! You can repeat tap and exploit the XP given to you really fast!

There is a farm that JC playz made, it's a cactus farm but the xp gets stored and when u pick up the dye from the furnace u will get to lvl 30 in seconds!
