Movie directors should do research on military security before they just start thinking they know how it works. The Air Force would not use regular security forces too keep something that intense safe. The Air Force would use the CCT (Combat control teams) for security, dudes are straight gun fighters.
Bud, CCTs are air-ground management, basically JTACs. If you said they used SRTs (Special Reaction Teams), which mind you, still are Security Forces, you would be correct. However, those are reaction teams, not the immediate security- the actual security would be indeed 'regular security forces' as 'regular security forces' are used to guard quite literally the most dangerous weapons on Earth, ICBMs (i.e. Nukes). So no, this was actually a pretty accurate portrayal of who would be securing it, however, their reaction and actual tactics were unrealistic.
Who told you that the AF uses CCTs as security? As a Security Forces member I can personally tell you that Security Forces would definitely be providing the security for this facility.
