Its all south. you are either down south or up south or out south. Everything below the Canadian border is south, as far as Amerikkka is concerned.
Because Black folks continue to propagate race and create racism where it doesn't exist
I live in Los Angeles and it is super racist here, lots of laws still on the books, like racial covenants. That built in racism bleeds into everything else.
"Built in racism"
>BLM backed by every MSM, Corporation, 100% govt, welfare state.....
I lived in-PHILLY-during the 90s and it is very racist there, especially the older generations of them people. Have some many stories about racism in Philly it's not funny.most people think only the south is bad with it,but, the east coast is bad too. When Bill Russel played with the Celtics his home crowd was calling him the-N-word and other racist names.
Mr. Harriot, you are a great mzungu-ologist. Keep up the GREAT work in terms of analysis and insight.
Another week of much appreciated and needed schooling ✊🏾
Malcolm X said unless you were talking about South of Canada, it's all America. 💯
You just opened my mind and eyes about the south. Thank you sir!
Post & broadcast as many places as possible. ThX, Micheal Harriot. KnuFam Forever.
Michael you are so PHYNE!!! I just love everything about this man!!!!
Deep insight, Brother.
So true. Please don't forget about MO.
Hmmm didn't Illinois have over 190 Sundown Towns back in the day 🤔 IL isn't considered a Southern State. Just one of many, not Southern examples.
Thanks for using factual truths for determining racism rates in all States.
How many black people are visiting those towns or living there? If they're still there.
Having lived 18 yrs in SC before moving back to PA I can attest that racism is alive and well in the north. However, one difference I did notice in SC - Blacks seemed more complacent. They were more willing to accept whatever little they were given. They would complain but it didn’t take much to appease them. But people were nicer. I liked that it is traditional to say hi or smile and nod at people you don’t know. That’ll never happen where I am now.
Depends on where in Florida you live in. North Florida is more Alabama or Georgia.
Regarding education, does the proliferation of private schools in the South in response to desegregation mitigate the relatively lower degree of disparity with respect to public education funding?
Maybe the FL panhandle. Once you hit Ocala going south FL is a whole different country!
Florida is definitely the south
Somebody says slavery happened in the South that's false! There were slaves in New York and Pennsylvania.
Good info,I didn't know this.
nevada.
Now that I live in the illiberal Midwest, I hear that all the time.
I want that tee shirt!
Also, I grew up in San Diego, which was and still is racially and economically segregated. North and East County are racist as Hell. I mean, it was a total Klan town. Their Grand Dragon used to live in Fallbrook!

So we're to celebrate, or join your risk of life?
It's still a threat to my life in my eyesight.
You're going swimming and camping with them now?
Anything South of Canada is racist and that includes the whole of the United States, but the South holds on more to "tropes" and shows it much more directly. And the Blacks there just take it. I could say more. This place is something else!
America is still this way because of people like you. Creating racism where there is none and diminishing legit concerns regarding race; congrats
Lester young toured the South with the count basie band once and said he would never do it again. Most if not all northern black jazz artists like Charlie parker never played the South. You are playing me and your audience.
Easy to blame racism or other things instead of your own shortcomings
