This is so cool! It look's like something out of a children's book that has a deeper and more meaningful meaning if you re-read it again as an adult.

@@monicamares9198 I can't remember what I exactly meant on my original comment but this video is drawn and animated like something from a children's book. When you're a kid, you tend to overlook the deeper meaning and go grasp on the meaning that's easier to understand at that age. But as you grow up, you tend to experience the world in ways that you wouldn't have been able to fully comprehend as a child.
Like how this video is about a fox roaming about, running around the forest. And There's a house along with a well. It's something simple that a child can easily understand and remember.
But if you look deeper, you notice details. (1:01 onwards,) A paper crown, which possibly belongs to the girl. The kid is probably haunting, or more so roaming around the house as the screen pans to house that's unkept and in disaray. There are cobwebs that imply that the house, (which is more like a cabin?) is abandoned. Or like how the fox is wearing a bow at 1:35 (A similar bow that the girl is wearing) then a few frames after, the bow disappears as the fox is looking at the burning house. There are also bones in the backyard. Which maybe tells us that there was once a girl who lived in that cabin, and a fox often wandered near. There was a fire, where the girl probably died in. The fox is watching the hoise get burnt down.
Or Maybe the fox is the girl who died? Recounting details of the girl's past or something similar.
Or maybe I'm overanalysing this video and that the artist/animator just wanted to make a storyline that goes along the song :l
@@mr.drabbles ohh ya I completely get thst and those are interesting outlooks and I agree, I looked up the lyrics and found our what they meant but I'm not sure the animation goes with it really so ya I wish I knew exactly what the animation is trying to show but in my opinion it doesn't fit the meaning of the lyrics
@@mr.drabbles I don't think your overthinking it al all I think thsre is some story I just don't get it if you knke what they lyrics are talking shout, I read it's about a serial killer or someone similar talking to their love asking them to forget the crimes they made and to "stay with me my darling" and "the backyards full of bones" means the dead bodies
@@monicamares9198 I don't think the animator meant to use the actual meaning of the song but just wanted to use the lyrics as a way/excuse to tell a story about the fox on the cover lol

Memorizing the song in the early spring so you can sing it while dancing through your yard or picking in the strawberry patch in the early summer. It makes you feel like you’re living in the early 1500s or 1600s it helps you get away from the harsh and cruel reality of today.
