I loved this mixtape when it came out, but it gave me a grim feeling. You can tell this is when he hit that fork in the road, and took the darker path with the lean and other drugs instead of the happy-go-lucky, backpack raps Mac we heard on all his projects before this. This was the transition into his mental breakdowns, and I've never known how to feel about it, because it ultimately killed him, but without it, his music doesn't mature and evolve into The Divine Feminine/Swimming/Circles

I remember I was just starting high school when this tape came out. It was my favourite tape for a long time and still brings nostalgia every listen. Fight the Feeling, The Question, Sunlight, Clarity and so many more. Great reaction, it's cool to be able to re-experience that with you guys!

Soul also dropped a random song with Joey badass called “enter the void”. Both tracks are lyrical heavy. Sad we never got all 3 on a track in their peak
