Yep that does sound like a racer. At the same time to recognize that and know to become patient so that you can make a good pass says alot about Carly's maturity behind the wheel of that sprint car. I believe that she will be one heck of a driver as she gets some years under her belt

She was the leader so she has the right away. I know where we race if the leader is coming up on lap cars they will tell them over the racecevier to hold their line.
@@lowbudgetboysracing.8395 If you have 2 lap cars running side by side racing for their own positions, it's the leader's responsibility to get around them safely. The lap cars still have their own race to run.
@@drummerJ99most tracks will tell you to move over or hold your line when the leaders are coming. Only a dbag would mess with the outcome of a race.

Glad you are ok! Very well versed young adults. Your parents did well. Hopefully going forward the track will stress in every drivers meeting to HOLD YOUR LINE! Hopefully they don't forget it after a few races, this needs to be done at every track, every race night!

I broke my back almost 3 years ago. Those spots have always been very tender. Take it easy for the the next few weeks. PT helps a lot so it's good to see up walking around. You have a great family supporting you as well as the people who follow you here on CZcams. I can't wait till you're heald enough to get back in a car.

Great to see you home! Yes it was a very scary crash, just awful. Thank God you weren’t more seriously injured. Glad you didn’t catch fire, that certainly would’ve made the rescue more difficult. You look good Carly, and you really shouldn’t feel embarrassed to wear your brace on camera. You are healing, you don’t want to jeopardize your healing because of embarrassment. You are a pretty young lady, the brace or any other hardware to help you heal won’t detract from that, plus your great smile helps us fans feel better. Carly, You are so strong I don’t know how you are even able to walk and move farely freely and you still have that smile like your brother. Our beloved sport is noticing the Holmes family as leaders of the sport. I first noticed the change of attitudes on the west coast in their interviews about three months ago. You guys made an impression on Chet Christner w/ the all stars. So keep up the good work. Holmes racing is making the sport better just by letting the world see into your racing lives daily.

Glad to see you up and about take it easy and make sure you fully recover. Fractured L1 and L2 a few years ago now and its not exactly a fun thing to go through look after yourself and all the best to you and the family.

Posture is so important. I worked on that constantly, and it worked great for me. It's like, you can't limp, you have to walk through it.

Good to see your as well as you are at this point! I have had 4 major back surgeries , four neck fusions , three lower, do not hurry your rehab. Rehab sucks, but you will be really suprised how much it helps, plus your youth will play well into your recovery! I have been around some form of dirt racing my whole adult life, you are always aware that wrecks happen, but just not to you!! I wish you well in your speedy recovery!

On June 21 I just had Laminectomy spine surgery on my left L4 & L5, I'm in my fourth week of recovery with about 2 weeks to go. Do what the doctors tell you don't push yourself to much. Hope and pray you get well soon. Take Care. I'm 72 I'm sure you will heal much faster that myself.

It's so good to see you Carley take your time on your recovery don't rush it an when the doctor releases you to do physical therapy you'll feel pain just forget that it hurts an think of something positive listen to music I know all to well how you feel I had a very bad accident many years ago an currentently I've had 38 major surgeries I'm up walking an living life everyday to the fullest Because we never know when the man upstairs says it's are time so I'm very glad to see your alive an doing well an able to talk about it. good to see u up and well its my birthday on the day of the crash and any techno fans know that he just passed and my dog is struggling so there is a lot of things going through me like techno and my dog but then when i saw the crash i was fabled and i was waiting to get an update so this is good but thanks to tanner and you for putting out good content it always makes my day even through hard time thanks.
You are one tough young lady, I've been through this with my brother, he was a star in southern California in the CRA, be careful and let it heal, you don't want want a surgeon operating on you, I to broke my back and acupuncture worked wonders for me. The best part is you are young and full of determination. Prayers few speedy recovery, you have a bright future ahead of you.
