there's something even more haunting about this song being performed in a cathedral. It's about feeling forgotten by your god because of things out of your control and reclaiming that power over yourself. and having it in a cathedral setting just adds to the resolve and the hopeful-ness for the future after deciding it. like, now, the singer is in full view of god and is still declaring all of this
