I was on 2/28 inaugural cruise. Good news first: Princess gave me significantly more compensation than the initial $120 (so I’m happy). The ship was 70% ready. It’s like prepaying for a 5 course meal and having them tell you they are out of ingredients for two significant courses so there will only be 3. The 3 I had were amazing, but I paid for 5! 🙂. Ship yard construction crews are still onboard and you can hear them working away to get it done. I wish Princess had been honest and informed us they’d decided NOT to cancel but the ship isn’t 100% and given passengers a choice to go or reschedule. That would have been appropriate.

Thank you for your excellent videos. Princess (and Carnival) should be ashamed of themselves for how they have treated their customers for on the first 3 sailings. They owe significant reparations to the cancelled passengers who were financially damaged by their poor decisions and the owe the passengers of this first sailing a 25-30% refund for not having a single one of the promoted features available for your cruise.
Thanks, great job providing all these mini-clips updates on Sun Princess and what is going on with venues and Park19 activities. That $120 isn't enough compensation for you'll and should've included a discount on your next cruise. Just booked my dining option today 65 days out in advance and noticed that no option to book entertainment on the Princess app yet. Your explanation here clarifies that the venues are still in the work. Thanks so much. 🥰

Thank you for all the videos this week. They have been so great and full of info. I am on the 19 March sailing. Any word on Park 19 opening? I am going to feel terrible if it isn’t - because I got my grandson excited about it. Thanks again for sharing.

I highly doubt that the Dome and the Theatre and the glider will be available for the next cruise, or otherwise the CD would have been 100% certain! To further add more doubt, Princess has been offering huge refund incentives to do a change of cruise date! One would think that a multi billion dollar company wouldn’t have to “rehearse” not before the first cruises, but during them to full fare travelers! 120 stateroom credit? Bah humbug!
So the selfie with Director Corrine was not enough of a recompensation? Just KIDDING.
I wonder what kind of "math" they used to come up with the $120 per cabin.
