late answer, but i'll give a couple of tips. Don't use yellow spear when there's only one person alive or if only one person is attacking you. It is better to use the normal version to be more precise with aim to get a good stun on them. A good combo goes as follows: Hit with spear, hit with knockback charge bone stomp, place a blue bone zone under them while theyre in the air and hope they dont dodge roll, then spam bones or use bomb to finish it off. A very important thing that people usually disregard when playing papyrus is the phone calls. Use sans when you're low on bones for the bone throw, use alphys after getting hit a couple of times, not when you're low because you will get rushed, and use undyne right after using spear throw to get max value out of it. It should also be used as a running tool. Skateboard is the same, use it as a running tool but turn around right before it ends so you dont get flung back at the charas. Use the map attack as soon as it is off cooldown. That is all of the tips that i can currently think about, hope it helps.

Did you check the polls in the server? I'm pretty sure Papyrus won as the april fools skin while swap sans is going to be given a skin as the apology

I think Sans makes your attacks faster? (Idk to be honest) but alphys gives hp regen ans undyne resets the cooldown in the spear + dmg buff
